I was wondering if anyone else found it hard to get used to hearing your own voice. I have just started trying to record some lines for a machinima project I am working on and maybe its because I'm not used to it, but I am never happy with my own recordings. Anyone else have that experience?

I must be missing something here. I certainly understand why you would want to dub, say, a Japanese anime, and why people would want to listen to it. What I don't understand is projects which take a show in English and redub it. What is the audience for such a project?
