Batman: Whatever Happened to the Caped Crusader is a two issue story written by Neil Gaiman with art by Andy Kubert. It covers Batman issue 686 and Detective Comics issue 853. It tells the final story of Batman and his death.

Part Two was released last night. It covers the middle section of Issue 1 titled "The Cat-Woman's Tale". The next part (which is surprisingly almost complete) will feature the last part of issue 1 titled "The Gentlemen's Gentleman's Tale". Once that is out we will officially be at the half way point, and we'll be moving onto to Issue 2. I'm not exactly sure how that'll divide up as of now, but hopefully it'll fit into nice even portions like this one.
