I know there's lots of people anxious about doing this dub, and who are wondering whats up with it, so I decided to create a blog here to relieve the bumping in the audition thread (as it has been cast and everyone's confirmed)

CURRENT STATUS (10/10/09)
Unfortunately, it seems as though this project has died v.v I would love to be corrected if I'm wrong on this. But never fear, there are some other YYH projects floating around right now that everyone can look into. Those include an episode Fandub that Anomura is looking into as well as the semi-animated sequel series that I'm working on. It will be a month until I get to auditions for mine, but I may allow you guys to recycle auditions from this project to make things a bit easier ^^

To my knowledge, we haven't heard from Puff and Pine had compy problems then got sick. (as AyaProtectsTheToothpaste found from IMing)

    I'm starting to suspect that this fandub is dead. Pine and Puff haven't logged in since August 1st. If the project is dead, would anyone be interested in auditioning for a YYH fandub? It wouldn't be a full-series dub, mind, just a single episode.

    I'm always up to YuYu Hakusho ^^ Other than the mixing, I'd be up to trying a radioplay version of my sequel series again (hint for anyone who would want to do the mixing ^.~) I found out last week that Chris Sabat, Kyle Hebert, Jerry Jewell, and Aaron Dismuke read the first of it and said it was pretty awesome for a fanfic (with script writter potential! *squeal* I'm still in shock that they've read it!) But we do have a social group here on VAA for YYH with people who'd love to do a YYH project (I think there's about 40 members on it now)

    as far as this project is going, we think it's dead sadly

    but in about a month, I'll have auditions for my sequel series abrided and will let people recycle their auditions for this! (I'm also auditioning for the opening and closing songs I wrote currently)

    I'm sure if someone wants to mix it and we could get the emails to all the cast then we could. I'd be there...but I'm doing a bunch of other projects so I wouldn't be able to mix it myself.
