Lonely Boy Studios

We may have taken some time off from the No Bummer Summer Project, but rest assured that the effort is still on. The remaining clips we have left to work on are proving to be very labor intensive, but I have no doubts that the work will be worth it. Case in point, this next scene from Makoto Shinkai's 2004 film "The Place Promised in Our Early Days." To date, I still believe this is Shinkai's best work, and I have had intentions to dub something from it for a while. The experience was made all the sweeter because we at LBS were lucky enough to be joined by another standout from One Sky Studios, the inimitable Marla Greenland. She's actually a professional in the field now, so I feel that her presence really lends our proceedings a more legitimate feel. I hope you all catch that vibe too. Please enjoy.



The next video, a scene from Uta no Prince-sama, is still in progress. Everything is finished except one of the performers needs to finish recording lines, but once that's out of the way, the final product will be ready for release soon after.
