In the summer of 2056, a new medical institute was brought to the attention of the goverments all over the world.
This medical institute named ARBOC (Attentive Research Building of Constitutions)'s, main aim was to find a cure for the most horrific disease humans were still unfortunately dealing with:- Cancer.
To the public, it was a simple research organisation.
Taxes were raised to fund this program. Some complained, some simply abided. After all, it was beneficial to everyone.
In 2057, the goverment announced a new facility called COBRA for young criminals.They would be taken there, to be taught discipline and new skills for a better future. Since most of these children had families who were no longer willing to support them, they needed all the support they could get.
This facility would provide education, qualifications and a promise for a different future.
Youth centers all over the world gave up their wildest children to the facilities. Wishing them luck, these children were transferred to an underground organisation which was affiliated with COBRA.
There was just one condition. COBRA was a facility where once you went in, you didn't come out until you had learned what the specifications entailed that you should have learned...

Over the years ARBOC has used the inhabitants of COBRA for experimental purposes. To achieve their research, animals were simply not good enough. Humans were needed. The students there gained abnormal abilities. The experiments altering their DNA and their minds.
Sick of the abuse, the strongest of the students have escaped. Determined to bring down Dr Anthony Blake and his co-workers from the outside.
They are roaming the streets and succeeding. Thirsty for revenge, they have already finished off many of the co-workers of ARBOC and COBRA.
They are calling themselves, The Altered Minds.
