(Also known as Yoshio Toshio)

Yoshio is an aloof young boy who studies at the same school as Justin. His parents are prominent activists and often travel around the country protesting various causes. This instilled Yoshio with a deep caring and protectiveness towards nature, but because he must spend so much time alone, he is often emotionally very distant.

Yoshio is likable and unassuming, but has trouble letting people in when it comes to big problems. Hopefully his being forced into a team will help rectify this problem (or get them into trouble). As Glitter Guardian Glamour Green, he knocks bad guys around with potent energy blasts and powerful melee strikes from his devastating paddleball, and his deep connection to the outdoors is supplemented by his newfound mastery of the elements Nature/Earth



フランク田中!!!

Frank Tanaka is the family patriarch. He does many fatherly things such as going to work, coming home from work... going to work again. He cares deeply for his children and works hard to stay "hip," but can hardly keep up with all of this up-and-coming Tokyo Technology, often assuming that the Glitter Guardian battles that he overhears in his living room are just sounds from a new video game. Though he works long hours to provide for his children and his loving wife, he is always there for special events, no matter what, ESPECIALLY Family Game Night. Because as Frank says, "The games won't-a rock-a, without Frank Tanaka!"



マチルダ田中!!!

Matilda Tanaka is the loving wife and caring mother of the Tanaka Family, but unfortunately no less aloof than her husband. She works hard to keep her abode clean as a whistle and to be a kind and dutiful hostess. Deep inside her, however, lies a ferocity only unleashed when her children are in danger. It was once said that she hot-wired an 18-wheeler and punched through the doors of her daughter's school to give her lunch, lest she be left alone, lunchless and starving. (This is, of course, just a rumor...) With an apron, a cookbook, and a smile, the Tanaka family mother can overcome anything!

James Arnold Wang is a wealthy transfer student from China. Normally good-looking, charming, and smooth, he meets his match when he first comes in contact with the "local wildlife," i.e. Japanese Schoolgirls. He tries his best to keep his cool, but simply cannot resist the feminine wiles of a mini-skirt or a low neckline.

James is a cocky skirt chaser, and has a reputation as a bit of a pervert. He's a very brash, often preferring the thrill of charging in straight on to a well thought out strategy. As Glitter Guardian Yummy Yellow, he dashes around with the greatest of ease on a pair of mystical heelies thanks to his growing mastery of the element of Wind/Lightning

Natsu Uematsu is, quite literally, the girl next door. She's lived next to Justin for years and they are close childhood friends, often walking to school together. Because of this, Justin trusts her more than anyone else in the universe, and whenever he has problems he always goes to her. She more than secretly has feelings for him, and as time goes on and Justin begins to become more and more involved with the Glitter Kawaii Super Sqaud, she feels as though she is being distanced from him, and will take whatever drastic action necessary to win him back.

Honda Fujimoto is a school friend of Justin He is attempting to become a wealthy and famous manga-ka. When he is not reading manga, he is constantly paralleling situations in his life to manga (which are, of course, always better than the anime). His darker side is that of a nerdy pervert who has a rather unhealthy interest in the Super Squad. He is constantly trying to find out their real identities, whatever wacky and misguided way he thinks he must.

As just a baby, Justin was sent from the warring Glitterverse to Tokyo for sanctuary. However, now that he has come of age, he may not return to the Glitterverse to ascend to the throne until he learns to control his dormant powers. With the help of a strange animal overseer and four unlikely friends, he may just have a shot.

Justin's human form is clumsy and scatterbrained, often getting in trouble with his teacher for spacing out in class. However, as Glitter Guardian Passion Pink, he wields a powerful Jump Rope and has control over the mystical element of Love/Kawaii.

Skittles is a bunny known throughout the Glitterverse as a legendary warrior. He was sent to Tokyo to protect Justin and teach him the ways of the Glitterverse, so that he can return and take his rightful place as Queen! During the war in the Glitterverse, It brings along a magical crystal to give Justin in order to access his Kawaii Powers, but it is broken and split into 5 pieces which have been collected by a few special people all over Japan. Because of this, Justin and Skittles' path to the Glitterverse has been closed, and the evil forces tormenting their home are preventing their return. Can Skittles teach the clumsy Pink Glitter Guardian to be a true warrior? It's sure worth a try!
