Oh yea? Such romance haha. I think Riku's in that scene too (hint hint ) I think you should also do the ending to Kingdom Hearts 1, that big epic goodbye between Sora and Kairi.
Hehe well I guess I could upload my other voices sometime. I like to surprise people so yeah. ^^; I don't know when though. That would be fun! I have so many ideas for dubs. I need to write them down. lol After our dub is done, me and Bloo are going to do that scene where Sora and Kairi first see each other in The World That Never Was, when they hug. It's so cute! ^.^
Of course YOU do, ever actor is their own worst critic. I think your odd voices will make you more interesting; I'd love a surprise like that! What makes a good actor is doing the unexpected. Well, you can always do your own dub, like a scene from Re:Com would be perfect!
It's embarrassing because I'm not used to people hearing my "weird" voices. At least, I THINK they're weird. LOL Plus, people are so used to my "sweet" type voice, so my odd voices would just hit them in the face like what just happened?! Thanks for your feedback! I'll respond to it soon. ^.^ I hope so too! XD Xion is no one's nobody. She's just Sora's memories of Kairi. Sora couldn't wake up because Xion existed. Vexen created her by taking some of Sora's memories during Chain of Memories. Anyway, as for my vid, it's the video called something like "My Best Auditions Jan - May 2012". It's basically a compilation of my best ones so far this year. Definitely, but after awhile, it get's boring, no? I guess so; she's a confused, miserable version of Kairi XP Truthfully, she never was my favorite character Kingdom Hearts can get so freaking confusing sometimes; I have no idea if Kairi has 2 nobodies or Xion is Sora's 2nd nobody cause she's gotta be somebody's nobody! AGHHHH! lol I tried to find your video, but I can't for some ... weird reason. It's not like your Xion voice is gonna get worse the more you work on it, so keep at it If you need any helpful critiques, just shoot some files my way.
Oh my gosh it is so easy to stay in your comfort zone. I know. I'm trying to do more too. I guess Xion would be more of a sad Kairi then? XD I played the game, I should know this. I feel awful. lol I guess I'm thinking too much about them being separate characters. I tend to over think how a character should sound. Actually, I've uploaded my KH Corrupted Dreams Namine on Youtube. It's mixed in a video with other auditions of mine. And for the 358 dub, it would make sense that he'd dub the in-game scenes like that. Especially considering there's only so many actual cutscenes. I'm going to work on my Xion some more. Last I did it sounded so bad. XD
I dunno, I've never done Zexion before I'm trying to stray out of my comfort zone more nowadays as a voice actor and expand my "repertoire" so to speak, and since I've done Kingdom Hearts so much, it's kinda natural. If you got Kairi's voice, you got Xion's voice. It's just the character's emotions that are so different, right? Well, you definitely would be a perfect Namine As for Olette, what I think he's doing is all the cutscenes, even the in-game engine cutscenes w/o previous voice overs will get dubbed by us, so it's like KH 358/2 Days Version 2.0
Wow that is a lot. o.o omg I bet your Zexion is awesome. He's one of my favorites. ^.^ Xion is a maybe for me since I don't really have that voice down pat yet. I'm definitely going to try for Namine and Olette. Though I don't remember Olette actually speaking in 358, except for the gameplay dialogue that you read. If that makes any sense. xP
