I have audacity, so here's what you do. I save a file, and there's a few options when I save it. It says, save file as OGG Vorbis, or WAV, or MP3. I click on one of them, save it to my desktop, and sometimes I put them in a zip and attatch the zip file, or multiple sound files to the email you want to send. Does that help?
