i knwo exactly what u mean. when i give my critiques i try to give them some tips/advice with what could help them improve.
Well sometimes helping to improve and making said person feel like poop go hand in hand. I try to make most of my critiques start off positive and for every negative I try to give a positive to balance it. But some people feel like they need to be rude/overly blunt to people.
i agree completely.. critiques are meant to help improve someone in va'ing not make them feel like poop, AND have that openfor the public
No problem. I don't really care what they have to say for me but input for VA's need to be sent via one on one email/pm. Especially if it isn't positive.
