No problem! I actually do need to update the progress again. It's probably close to about 85% fully mixed, and I'm only waiting on lines from two people now. The next few days I will be absent because I'm moving, but once I get set up in my new place, I'll be focusing on FFX to get that released very soon.

This all is going to be wonderful, so I know for sure that you're doing good work here.

Progress is slow I see.

I've still got a fair bit of mixing to do considering that it's 40 minutes worth of footage, but the great news is that all but six lines are in. I will be working hard to get this episode out as soon as possible. Thanks to everyone for being patient. It shouldn't be much longer now.

The sound design and mixing for this episode is now complete. All that I need are lines from a few people, most of which I have talked to recently. Scripting is well under way for Episode 3 and should be done on or just after the release of this current episode.

UPDATED: The role of Yuiko Hawatari has been recast to Kissy-Sensei. I will certainly miss Sh3rl0ck's fantastic voice for Yuiko, but I'm glad to welcome our newest addition to the cast all the same.

I know what you mean, oh well. The waiting goes on.

Unfortunately, delay is usually the name of the game with amateur voice acting. There are currently five people that I'm waiting on lines from. One has an extension for a few more days because he's in transit/moving. The others have been contacted about their lines recently as well. The only character with an actual understudy is Auron (the others are episodic extras), and I would prefer to keep the Auron that I cast as long as I get lines in soon. Considering that this week is spring break for a lot of people, it will hopefully be the perfect opportunity for recording. But either way, the show will go on.

(UPDATE: Motly Fool, Cettoto, JellybeanQueen2, and Simbaga have been given an extension until the end of next week. I have not heard back from Tiana Sidhe yet.)

Good news on the Loveless front! Mixing for this episode is nearly complete. I should be finished with the entire episode by Monday. There are still quite a few pending lines, but a notice has been sent out to anyone I'm waiting on asking for an update and/or lines. With any luck, this should be released by the end of the month as long as lines come in. Thanks for your patience. I've worked very hard on the mixing for this episode, and I think you'll agree that it's as good - if not better - than the original as far as sound design goes. With this episode's release, we're already 1/6th of the way done with the series.

The mixing for this episode is now complete. The only thing remaining are some lines from a few people. Once those lines are turned in, the episode will be released immediately. Progress on the script for Episode 3 is coming along. I'm nearly half done with it, so that should be ready as soon as this episode is released. Thanks for your patience these last few months. Between holidays and being unemployed, things have been slow-moving, but they're finally picking up again!

I'd be interested in auditioning for either male character

I am currently looking for three more voice actors for this clip. If you are interested in lending your voice for this one-shot clip, please let me know in a PM and I will be happy to take a look over your demo reel. The roles require the following:

1. KING RICHARD THE LIONHEARTED (low, mature adult male, late 50s, military commander)
2. ARCHANGEL GABRIEL MALE (medium to medium-low adult male, "ageless" smooth tone, your voice will be altered in production with reversed reverb for a ghostly effect and layered over the female version)
3. ARCHANGEL GABRIEL FEMALE (medium-low to medium adult female, "ageless" smooth tone, your voice will be altered in production with reversed reverb for a ghostly effect and layered over the male version)

Please note that this is a short clip with only 16 lines in total for all characters combined, so none of these roles will require much time from your recording schedule, nor are any of the roles recurring in the final clip. If I don't find what I am looking for by the time I finish the previous clip (within the next week), I will simply scout out the roles instead. Until then, feel free to contact me about any of them. Due to very early submissions from several people (including all 130+ lines from Sora565!), recording for this episode is already over halfway done. The mixing will still take a while because there are an insane amount of footsteps and ambience to deal with, but progress is definitely tangible now. Don't forget that the deadline for recording (aside from Motly Fool) is this Sunday the 6th.
