Yes I know this is rather late to ask, but is anyone going to AniMagic this weekend?
AniMagic is a convention in Lancaster, CA. It's about an hour east of Magic Mountain. In other words, it's in the middle of the desert.
I shall be going all weekend. My honey and I will be filming a documentary about Asian popular culture pouring into America's mainstream. If you see a camera team of cosplayers, that's us.
As far as cosplay goes, I have these on the line:
Friday: Tohru (Fruits Basket)
Saturday: Elegant Gothic Lolita, Nadeshiko (Card Captor Sakura)
Sunday: Fujiko (Lupin III)
