Auditions are now closed. I now have just about enough auditions to finally realise this character. Thanks to everyone who sent an audition!

Hello everyone!

I am a flash developer, currently working on a game. Last year I looked for voice actors for the game on this forum. For what ever reasons, I lost contact with 4 of my voice actors and now I need people to replace their roles. I case you're interested, here's the original thread: LINK (http://voiceactingalliance.com/board/showthread.php?68462-Shadow-Sun-a-science-fiction-horror-flash-shooter-game&p=1131417#post1131417) (I recently decided to change the main character's first name from Fay to Tera.)

Unfortunately, I'm on a tight schedule. All I need is a total of about 6-10 lines from at least four different people. If you send me just 6 lines, I can just use your audition pieces in the final product, without having to wait and ask you to do more lines. If you send me an audition, give me also a name that you want me to credit you with, in case I end up using your audition pieces.

My upcoming game will be called Shadow Sun, a science-fiction horror -themed first person shooter. The voices that I am looking for will be for the final boss character of the game: The Hive Mind. Here's some back story:

Your character is known as a galactic exterminator, someone who is specialized in killing aggressive aliens. You were on a mission along with Soleil and your squad, when suddenly an unnatural phenomenon seems to have transported you into another dimension. Seperated from the others, you were attacked by local wildlife. Unfortunately, the hordes of aliens proved too strong and you succumbed to your injuries. Somehow, you feel that you are still alive. The alien hive mind behind all this has harvested your internal organs into it's body for sustenance, yet, your face sticks out at the front of the creature. All of sudden, you see your leader Tera Soleil before you. You live a very tortured existence and with your mouth still intact, you try to ask of her to kill you.

Contact Information:

Deadline for auditions is july 6th

Send lines to my email at: lauri.miettinen90@gmail.com

Lines should be sent as either wav or mp3 files, preferably mp3. No need to zip 'em. You don't have to name files in a specific way. Also, give me a name that you want me to credit you with in the final product.

Here's a description of the lines I want. I need both male and female voices:

- You start breathing heavily and slowly amidst your agony. You finally sigh as the pain subsides. Have this line about 5-8 seconds long. Send about 2 or 3 of these

- Suddenly you feel pain intensify all over you body. You moan and groan as you try to tolerate extreme pain. As the pain subsides, you speak to your leader "Tera... Kill me" or "Tera, Please" or "Tera... Help". 5-10 seconds long. Send me about 1 or 2 takes where you say each line (total of 3 to 6 lines).

- Tera has defeated the hive mind. The hive mind is slowly torn to pieces. You scream in extreme pain. Make this clip about 10 seconds long. Its okay if you send me just one of these :)

Received two auditions so far. I'm still looking for women who could send an audition. The Hive Mind is still lacking a feminine side!

Actually, I mentioned my previous work on the original thread, which I linked to. It may not be anything spectacular, but it's something. I just didn't think of posting the same link on this thread.
