In 1966 Marvel created a terrible cartoon show Captain America. This is a hilarious redub of that show and the first series will take around 13 episode split into 3 parts. This follows the early adventures of captain america and the red skull eventually leading into the avengers.
Audition deadline - Send me auditions ASAP. I am ready to begin editing and I need voice overs. I would prefer them in a week but the cast is so large I require auditions all the time but the earlier you are the better.
-Record in wav format. if you are sending a group of all files group them as a .zip file or .rar file
-Save the lines as "charactername_yourname_linenumber.mp3" (ex: tamtu_vaan_01.mp3)
-Send your auditions to danpagey@hotmail.co.uk
Characters (You can divide this how ever you want. Male/Female/Additional characters is recommend. But use the following format for each character)
MALES
Name: Captain America
Age:40
Voice type: Deep manly and heroic
Audition line 1: I love shadow puppets. It’s Squidward, now its Patrick. Hmm my Spongebob needs a little work-AHH!
Audition line 2: And that’s how I prevented World War III
Name: Narrator
Age: 20 - 60
Voice type: I am looking for anything from kyle herbert to a deep manly voice
Audition line 1: We open this week’s episode with our hero reminiscing about the old days of World War II and the defeat of the Red Skull
Audition line 2: After a hard day of doing nothing, our hero heads back to his quarters and once again becomes Steve Rogers.
Name: Red Skull
Age: 50
Voice type: German Nazi soldier but in a stereotypical and funny way
Audition line 1: You think this is over Captain? I will have my revengance! Hey remember the time you killed me? Wait I’m not finished……
Audition line 2: How are you all missing he is one man with a shield!
FEMALES
Name: Wanda
Age: 20
Voice Type: independant
Audition line 1: And that part about the Nazi’s on the moon, did that really happen?
VARIOUS
I need a lot of german soldier voices so send me anything you think appropriate. If you do not get a main role you will more than likely be cast, I need a lot of people.
-You can add more characters if necessary and categorize them in whatever way you wish (be it major, minor, females and males). Add as much information as you like (required accents, amount of lines if you know this, etc.): the more info, the better.
Repeat the deadline + recording/contact info if you want to. If you have any final words to say, add them.
