Hello everyone, I'm working on an original short entitled "Alacrity". Here is the WIP of the project: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qGej1TrWMvE
Alacrity will be in Japanese and thus, I'll need voice actors who know how to speak it fluently. The rolls I am looking for are as follows:
Yuzuki (Female): Yuzuki is the main antagonist. Her voice can be either high or deep but what is important is that she sounds as creepy as possible. She is a magic user who has a large scar across her mouth and has a thinning hairline.
Lokarn (Male): Lokarn is the Captain of the keep and will be fighting Alacrity. His voice needs to be deep and intimidating. The voice actor for Lokarn will need to do a lot of battle sounds like grunts, yells and sounds of pain.
Guards 1 and 2 (Both Male): Guard 1 will be walking along and joking around with Guard 2. No preference on the pitch of their voices.
Guard 3 (Male): Guard 3 has one line and then gets killed by Alacrity. No preference to pitch.
** Since Guards 1,2 and 3 have small parts, I may have the voice actors do other character's voices if the script changes.
The deadline is July 5th for Guards 1 and 2 and August 1st for the rest.
In the audition, please say a few lines in Japanese with different emotions (Happy, sad, angry). In addition, please read these in any tone you see fit:
Nando demo kuri kaesu, onnaji ninmu. Donna ni chiisana misi dato shitemo…donna assai na ayamachi demo. shikei da.
