A lot of the music I create ends up sounding like Joy Division, so I just said "screw it" one day and covered one of my favorite songs. It's certainly not a perfect cover, but I had a lot of fun with it. It will probably be used as an intro for a series of Lets Plays, and, of course, a free download on one of my music project's MySpace/Facebook/YouTube pages.
What I'm looking for is a male vocalist with a deep voice. You don't have to imitate Ian Curtis or anything like that. Other than that, be creative.
To audition, send an example of yourself singing to thereptilehouse2@gmail.com. Because the song is so short (just over two minutes), feel free to audition the whole thing. I may even use more than one entry in the final product.
The deadline I've set is the first of July.
