First Demoreel-- Criticism?

I just recently produced my very first demo reel. Since I'm relatively new to this I thought I'd ask the general voice-acting public what they thought about it. Any tips on voice acting, producing of demo reels, equipment, etc?

Thank you! I'm hoping to get a very good mic soon, and to perhaps find a new variety of voices that I can do. :)
