The Red Wolf {Original Radioplay~ Partial Cast [3F/1M]}

Heya everyone!
So this project has a bit of a backstory.
It's based on a book I wrote, the time of doing so took appoximately 3 years. Not too long ago, I attempted to turn it into a radioplay and it ended up not working out. I decided to start the project from scratch, and here I am again!
That being said, I need total dedication. The book has 21 chapters, and this will likely be a long-term project.

Story Synopsis:
After a pack of wolves is chased out of their territory, their pups must first escape a legendary evil that returns to invoke his wrath upon the forest. They grow up and learn that they are the three pups chosen to defeat the Red Wolf. With the help of rebelling wolves, family, and a touch of magic, they work together to save their world.

Which I completely understand. It's looking like everyone who was cast is done with the project.
Though this time around I won't try the Skyping, it never worked out anyways.

That's rather unfortunate that it didn't work out last time. I would gladly audition for this project again. However, my personal computer is dead at the moment, so I am unable to re-record my auditions. Good luck with whomever you choose for the roles. I hope it goes much better this time around.

Is there some way you can tell those of us who DID our work, why we weren't good enough to continue? We didn't get a "thank you" or anything, and that's beyond unprofessional and sadly, quite rude. Being volunteer actors, our payment is the finished product. I admit I was a tad late due to illness, but you got every one of my lines, and it seems of other actors too. It is an insult to just say "nope, I'm recasting, and you have to re-audition". The story was interesting it's too bad you didn't finish it.

It wasn't anything personal, I wasn't meaning to say the cast wasn't good enough. I believe I did say thanks (if I didn't ,then I apologize, as I had every intention to) and my intention was not to be unprofessional or rude. It was a decision I made for my personal project, that I will admit maybe wasn't the best call. That being said, I'm not MAKING anyone audition again. I'm an amateur as well, and everyone makes mistakes. I see already that the decision I made to start from scratch might not have been the best thing to do, and I'm sorry that you feel insulted. That was certainly not what I meant to do.

I do appreciate the work that you and some of the other VA's put it, and I apologize again that the first attempt didn't end up working out. I apologize again if I made you feel as if you weren't good enough, if I forgot to thank you for your work, of I came across as unprofessional or rude, and if I insulted you. That's not what I wanted to say in any way, shape, or form, and it's not how I typically work. I implore you not to judge my producing as a whole based on one decision that I have admittedly said probably wasn't the best thing to do.

At this point, I cannot withdraw auditions but if there are any VA's who would like to keep their part WITHOUT having to audition again, please let me know.

The thing is, I always found a better solution would to remove that VA from the role and re-cast that specific role, not remove all VA's from all roles and restart completely anew. It saves time for the caster, and keeps the VA that was casted from having to double the hard work that VA has done thusfar. It saves time and energy for all concerned.

Normally that's what I'd do.
Frankly, I was a bit scatterbrained at the time, got fed up with some of the VA's not answering ANY attempts at communication, and axed the whole thing entirely, which was wrong of me.

That's why I was saying, It's nothing personal, and that whole long spiel up there.

As a guy who runs multiple projects at a time, I can understand getting scatterbrained when a project gets out of hand. And when crew members suddenly cut communications, I imagine it's normal to get frustrated. I know I would be.
Concerning my former role, I would gladly take it on again, but only if you'd have me. Only as Karcham, though. I'm afraid the appearance of a few additional projects wouldn't allow me to take on multiple roles in this one.
