Hey everyone! My name is Katelyn and I am holding tryouts for the voices of my series. Here is the video describing all of the characters available and below are the lines to use for tryouts. Post a video response with your tryout :) To see images of characters, you can check it out on my deviantart www.dragonlover687.deviantart.com (http://www.dragonlover687.deviantart.com) This project is for Manga Page Dub overs and possible future animations. I am looking for some hard working and talented voice actors! There are four available characters currently and more will come in the next month or so.

Project information - Jade Dragon is a story of a young girl (Kaida Suzuki) who recently found out that she has the spirit of the dragon within her. Her mission is to find all of the other members of the zodiac before time runs out!
Audition deadline - March 2nd 2012
Recording and Contact information - Prefer maybe a youtube submission or you can email it to me. Email: jadedragonmanga@gmail.com
-Record in whatever format as long as I can open it on a mac and it sounds good
-Save the lines as "charactername_yourname_linenumber.mp3" (ex:kaida_haily_01.mp3)

Bio:
•Doesn’t have a group of friend he hangs out with
•Bad temper but tries to be kind to the ones he loves
•Tough guy with a soft side
•Favorite Sport: Soccer
•Has two brothers and a single mother
Voice type: Male with med low voice.

Bio:
•Head of the Dojo where Kaida lives
•Sentimental old man who has to much to say about back in the day
•Really chill guy but can be very disaplinary if need be
•The only one who is able to talk to the mysterious council
Voice type: Old man with medium low to low voice

FEMALES
Name: Kaida Suzuki
Age: 16-17
Bio:
A fun loving tomboy, Kaida is a great friend
to have. Even with her slight temper
problem, she is a pretty chill individual. She
has trained in martial arts her whole life
so has a good sense of discipline but can’t
help goofing off now and again. She has
poor time management skills and struggles
in school even though she works hard. Kaida
isn’t afraid to get a little roughed up but hates
when people pick at her emotionally through
teasing and bullying. Her greatest weakness by
far is how hard it is for her to get up in the morning.
Likes: Video games, surfing, kicking ass
Dislike: Schoolwork, being teased
Voice type: Main female hero so a medium to medium low

Name: Yuki Watannabe
Age: 17-18
Bio:
•Really random and outgoing
•Very loud
•Only child, was abandoned as a baby
•Favorite Sport: Football
•Has great balance, very flexible and is very strong physically even though she seems very skinny
•Hair is always crazy
Voice type: Medium high to Medium female voice
