This is the first time I ever did a cover of anything and mixing it myself so I'm not sure if I did well or not. Comments and critiques would be highly appreciated no matter how harsh they are as long as they're constructive criticism because I really want to improve.
Also, I think I lost it towards the end so I would love to hear what I should do to prevent that from happening again.

Genders aside, for your first time it was pretty enthusiastic, good job! My advice is practice Japanese pronounciation so you can sing the words more confidently. Also, do you know the difference between head and chest voice? You should use your diaphram to push out the air as your singing, allowing you to belt more and stay in key more easily. Good posture whilst singing helps as well. If you have no clue what I'm talking about I can give you some one on one tips if you'd like to do more covers. ;D

Wait, you thought I was a girl for some reason? XD
Joking aside, I would love some one on one tips to help me improve. I was sitting down as I was recording this so that might have something to do with making it easier for me to stay in key.

Choose a song you want to cover next. Well practice singing that, and I'll give you other exercises to make you more aware of your voice and how you can control it. [Good singers make great voice actors! :3]
