Hi everyone! This week's question comes from the lovely Ovarku!

"What character voice type has gotten you more casting success than any other voice in your repertoire?"

Considering this week's question will be over Christmas, I would like to wish all of you a wonderful holiday! <3

Well definitely teenagers I would say. Usually the status quo of main characters that are loud and passionate. Either that or the stoic retrospective kind of character. Ones with a lot of soliloquy and whatnot. Although lately it seems I've been getting a lot of roles no matter what type they are. Must be getting lucky or something, but as far as I can tell, I'm pretty sure those two are the most common when it comes to me.

The characters I get the most roles for tend to be the lead male teenager. Whether young or older it always seems to be this type that gets to me, if not that then it would be the funny best friend of the main character. Either way I tend to have plenty of dialogue.

The snarky, witty young teenaged male, usually. Pretty much my natural voice, haha.

High, soft voices for shy characters (ex. Ryou from Clannad).

My natural voice, which I've come to realize is bratty and obnoxious-- not cute and high but low like an obnoxious teenager and nasally. Yay.

This voice I've recently been using a lot that I actually based off Simon Templeman, which somehow feels so "free-flowing" when it comes to delivery of lines and emotion.

I tend to be cast as the calm, sexy, sophisticated and/or mature/older characters. :3

Dark, often young, intellectual presences with a potential underlying dry humor to them.

It used to be the higher, moe girls but, lately, it's been the more medium/toned tsundere girls.

Strong warrior-type characters and villains are what I usually got cast as. With a crazy old man thrown in there from time-to-time.

I really want to do the voice of Ebenezer Scrooge in a production, though. I've wanted to for years. I was born to play Scrooge! Heck, I even know many of his "A Christmas Carol" lines by heart. :P
And the Ghost of Christmas Present. That's another role that I could do quite well, if I do say so myself.
