Very nice clip! Both Caleb and Animated93 fit fantastically into their roles. I was a little surprised when Mashiro's internal speech used an effect that reminded me a lot about robots instead of just sounding closer with the lower frequencies brought out, but it's not really a biggie. Awesome mixing job UchihaProject :J

All in all, this was superbly enjoyable 8D. I stopped watching Bakuman a while back, but I think perhaps I will start again thanks to this clip xD

the dubbing was great, but like a few others stated, you're use of the Delay tool does not fit the mind set of an echoing conscious. (I'm assuming you used Delay, it sounds like it) It sounds more robotic than anything. I would ask around on the tutorials part of this forum, or on Google, to see what kind of effect will really give you what your looking for as far as inward thoughts go. I enjoyed the clip other than that one little complaint though. : )

Yeah that's true. After fooling around with audacity I think I've found a better solution to this problem.

Here is a bump for you and a great job! I loved that the voices were as I imagined them. And I wasn't as bothered by the effect, (but my speakers on the computer are crap, but whatever.) Anyways, great job, and I hope to see more from you soon!

I'm going to be honest here, the volume levels could have been worked on a bit more as they were... uneven. The footsteps for instance were way too loud and a bit overpowering - same with the door closing, clothing sifting, etc. Another thing is that the awkward echo effect when one of the character 'thinks to himself'. It sounds like he's in a small enclosed area and it sounded a bit... awkward to me. Perhaps try and add a bit more echo, span it out - prolong the effect so it doesn't sound like the characters in a small enclosed space. The acting on the other hand was pretty good on both actors' parts. So, I have nothing to nitpick about their performance since I thought they were both decent, each character I thought had been well portrayed. Good work overall. ^^

This is just for clip two.

I gotta say, I really loved the voices put forth for both these characters. Very appropriate in that there was certainly the passionate striving for excellence in the craft of manga but also the very mature reverence they both share for the art form. I've always said good acting is about getting the audience to care about the characters, situations, topics, etc, and I think that was accomplished here. I personally don't really read manga, but for a moment, I could understand why people (these two young men in particular) would carry it close to their hearts. I do have to point out though that some of the sound effects were a little too rustle-y and generally low quality, it kinda detracted from the lifelike quality of the scene.

I gotta say, I'd never even heard of Bakuman before this fandub series, but this is getting me very interested in the story as a whole. I mentioned in the review for clip 2 how much I enjoyed the overall performances from these actors, and their consistency is carrying over from clip to clip nicely. I really love how they communicate the thoroughly earnest nature of these boys' ambitions; it's quite inspiring and touching. But the tone of this scene carries a certain sense of trepidation over the uncertainty of the future, whether they can indeed really reach their lofty goals, and the actors conveyed a humbling sort of wavering in this dialogue as well. Sound effects were much better in this one too. Only technical glitch I noticed was in the line "Coming up with a name is challenging," where the lip flaps don't quite match exactly.
