So, hi! I'm planning on cosplaying as Catherine from Catherine this November (Or February if I'm late), but I'm running into a few problems.
So, her outfit is simple enough, (although since most stores are getting fall clothing in it'll be a pain) but her wig is my main issue. If you don't know her hairstyle, here it is: http://26.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lq3c52hEmF1qhhugoo1_500.jpg
I have found various tutorials, but most of them confuse me, in all honesty. I'm fairly sure I'll need to use a wire of some sort, but how do I get the hair to nicely stick to the wire, and then how do I attach it to the base wig?
I have gotten a commission quote, which was a bit pricey for my dinky part-time job, but I'll just end up buying it if I can't figure out anything else, I'm afraid. (Not that it's bad; the wig stylist is fabulous. I'll just be broke for like, ever afterwards.)
If I could get any help with this, I'd appreciate it. <3
Hmm.. Also, while I'm asking, what should I do about eyelash glue if I'm allergic to latex? OwO
