Hey, there, this is GenesisAvalon, but call me Kat, and lemme tell you why.

As you can tell by the title of the post, I'd like to work on an original radioplay that one day far in the future, I'd like to become a TV show or what-have-you. But, here, I'd like to hash out the storyline and at least complete the story. So, without further ado, I'd like to post a synopsis of the plot and then the audition roles I'm looking for. Don't be fooled by the somewhat anime-esque appearance to this story. It's actually quite serious, but, the fact that the main super-heroine has a transformation phrase is just a device. So... think magical girl with hopefully not nearly as much of the cheeziness and plus twenty angst power.

Plot:

Jaina Masterson is a common girl, a college sophomore at an out of the way university in Pennsylvania - a school for the arts. She strives to be an actress, and lives her life away from her mother - whom she has not been able to get along with since middle school. One day, her life changes, as she is confronted by a black panther near her dormitory one
night. When the panther leaves, a small silver medallion is left behind, and when Jaina picks it up, it takes her on a journey she could never have expected.

She transforms into Genesis Avalon - simply Avalon to the press and to her enemies.

After a night of hazy vigilante work, Jaina wakes up to see a small black cat at her bedside, and her roommate is curious as to why she didn't return until morning.

As summer vacation comes, Jaina leaves with her roommate to stay in New York City, and it is there that she meets Assara Templari, the former Genesis Avalon. This woman will teach Jaina everything she needs to know.

And then the story continues...

Genesis Avalon is the tale of Jaina as the last priestess of Avalon. She has the power of the gods behind her, and she has several special powers, which include energy blades from her fists, an energy shield, as well as the ability to fly. With Assara and Noir as her mentors, she is learning to channel these abilities whiles she fights Obsidian, a demon
who wants her dead, and meets Julian Alexander, a photographer who is fascinated by her.

Better than me and my music. Everytime I start a piece, I get halfway through it before I can complete the project and I get distracted by another piece. Please, do better than me.

Oh, and your story reminds me so much of Cutey Honey for some reason that I just can't help but giggle. :lol:

XDSee, it's the lines like that just make this kind of story. The power and emotion you can throw behind somekind of "Henshin" are just awesome.

Makes me want to strap on a belt and say, "Open your eyes for the next Faiz."

I'm a Sentai fan, so don't ask about my crazy watching habits. o.O

And as for girls auditioning, it's not that you can't audition, but right now, I have all the parts (and then some) filled for the first two episodes. If you want to audition, you're more than willing to, but just know that you may not get cast until the later episodes. So, go ahead and audition if you want - I'm just pushing to get guys to audition.

The problem with Peter is that, back then, homosexuality wasn't talked about as much, so making panty waist character in what we see as a "Gay" fashion wasn't noticed. They just tried to make him a dork by 1940's standards.
