YouTube - The Major's Speech (Fan-Dub)
This speech is from the fourth Original Video Animation of Hellsing Ultimate. The Major is a famous villain for both permanent fans of Hellsing and non-participating fans due to his out-ward love of war and non-nonchalant attitude to death and destruction, which many wish they could admit to like he can (to an extent).

I got chills, I'm not even kidding. It was a bit hard to understand in parts, and the beginning was a bit slow, but...still, you got the emotion and feeling down perfectly, in my oppinion. I think you could have done the accent a tad stronger, because at times I had to remind myself that it was indeed a German accent, but that might have just been me. I would -love- to see some more from you.
It's funny too, because my friend is trying to figure out how to do this monologue. I'll have to show him this for inspiration, because it definately inspired me to get my stuff together. :)

The beginning is always the dawn before the storm for the Major. ;D
The accent was done as best as I could without going deep into my own German heritage. Usually, I go a little Richtofen from World at War instead of Major from Hellsing if I go a little too far, if you get my drift. I am always open to roles like these, and I thought I could monologue the best if I tried with this, coupled with my editing prowess I have earned from my abridging hobbies.
Heh, what a coincidence, eh?
This thread is in the wrong place. It should be in the visual productions of completed works and not audio.
