This is a small project I completed in my Adobe Auditions class at the Connecticut School of Broadcasting. It's sort of practice for one of the things I'll have to do for my final. Anyway, I figured I'd post it here and see what you guys thought.

It's a short radio spot advertising for AC/DC tickets. I was given a bunch of audio (songs and such) and used a few sfx and vocal effects to try and make the spot seem more professional and generally more exciting.

...although it saddens me to inform you, I have no AC/DC tickets for you. I have decieved you...and I am sorry.

I thought it was good. Only thing though...in the last two sentences, you're like "AC/DC....AC/DC live!" it came off a little awkward to me, I suppose? I'm not sure if that's THE WORD. But all in all, it was great. I'd change the last line from "AC/DC LIVE!" to something like "Be there!" Or something to that effect.

You're right, it would probably sound better that way. Unfortunately I didn't actually script it; the spot was scripted and given to us to read, so I had no control over the way it was worded.

I probably could have made it less awkward if I took out that pause between them and made the "acdc live" bit sound sort of like an echo of the first...... I think I'm going to do that next time I'm in class XD

I liked it! It sounded very professional. You have a great radio voice.
