A few things to point out:

1) Lets start with the voice shall we? The voice isn't deep, nor is it quite as textured enough to call this an impression. We all need to start somewhere though, right?

~Work on that lower register to get closer to to Paul St. Peter. Also you should add just a bit of texture. Xemnas has a little something going on in his voice. Unfortunately I have no idea how to describe it to you, but if you listen to the official you'll hear what I'm talking about.

2) The delivery was all kinds of awkward. It sounds as if you were going for a smooth, maybe even seductive feel to the delivery and it just wasn't working out. There was a hollowness to your voice that was appropriate a nobody, but that was really all you had going for yourself in the delivery department.

~The delivery is also key in impressions. This is more about listening, and getting a feel for the VA's speech pattern.

Now impressions aren't my thing and I find they are used too much in the VAA over more original voices, but if you wan't to do an impression of Xemnas then take a listen to you're reel and the official voice work side by side and take into account what I've said (along with the other critiques of course) and you should be able to get better.
