AIR: Prelude
Paopu Productions and Super Jiggly Pro! are colaborating to dub the anime short "AIR: Prelude" The short is around 5 minutes long, featuring both the opening and ending theme songs which will also be dubbed in English (auditions will open as soon as we get the lyrics adapted). Each character has only a short role, some being only one liners, so much not time will be required of the selected VAs. Understudies will also be cast.
I may be casted as either Kamio Misuzu or Kano. Results will be determined by Kairi and I depending on auditions. Please do not let this discourage you from auditioning for either character.

Kamio Misuzu (Mee-soo-zoo Kah-mee-oh)
Voice type: Medium high- high, somewhat soft spoken
A school girl attending the school in the town where the story takes place. Lives with her mother Haruko in an isolated house. Always smiling, lively and always strong.
Line 1: Were you lonely? Here, let me buy you a drink. (pause) Ahh~! Why are you doing that!? Give it to me! (Yukito is spilling the drink on the floor)
Line 2: Ga...gao..(Something Misuzu constantly says, usually when she's worried. It's supposed to be a sound that dinosaurs made)
Line 3: (tears welling up) I can still play.. If I don't do my best... I'm okay, I'm okay! (burst crying hysterically)

Kunisaki Yukito (Koo-nee-sah-kee Yoo-kee-toh)
Voice type: Somewhat deep male voice. Serious but friendly.
A guy who believes it's his destiny to save "the girl in the sky". He works as a travelling puppeteer and befreinds Misuzu.
Line 1: Ra...Ramen Set!! (This should be yelled. He says this suddenly as he wakes up.)
Line 2: Why are you following me, anyway? (Annoyed, said to Misuzu)
Line 3: Gather around here, little kids! I'll show you something awesome, then you can pay me right after, okay?

Voice type: Medium high
Line 1: You still believe in magic? You're such a kid~! (said playfully)

Kamio Haruka (Kah-mee-oh Hah-roo-kah)
Voice type: Medium- medium high.
Leading a life of dissipation, she is Misuzu's mother. Haruko hardly sees Misuzu, as her day cycle doesn't match hers. Drinking is her main joy for the time being.
Line 1: Whenever she's upset, she always says "gao". Fix that little problem of hers and i'll let you live here with us~
Line 2: *laughs* Come 'on Yukito, have a drink with me and we can share erotic stories...!
Line 3:(she's crying as she says this) Just being with you is enough! Let's live together happily! Okay, Misuzu..?

Michiru (Mee-chee-roo)
A bright girl whose background is a mystery. Minagi Tohno's best friend, and loves her from the bottom of her heart. Loves playing with soap bubbles, which Minagi taught her how to make.

Line 2:Please... when we say "bye bye"...I want it to be with a smile...
Line 3:He's a perverted kidnapper here to take us away!!

Voice type: Medium high-high (Very soft spoken and gentle)
A tall, beautiful girl. Her lack of expression gives people an enigmatic impression, though in reality, she is warm and loving. Takes part in the astronomy club at school.
Line 1: Michiru has been my best friend for a very long time now, she's just like a little sister to me.
Line 2: I'm the president of the astrology club at school. Are you apart of any clubs, Yukito?
