and like, dont show who you are voicing, just use the voice, some music and a photo. thats all you need.
Oh, and the acting, don't forget that, thats important too.

I'm flattered, and I will voice for you whenever you want.
I added you on AIM and Skype.
Next time, condense it down to around 1:30-2:00
2 minutes seems short, but I will shorten it next time. I just wanted to stand out with something to look at than just a picture.

Hmm, well I added the scenes on purpose just so people could see me in action. If it's that much of an issue then granted be i'll do that, I was actually just trying to put a photo of myself but I couldn't bear how i looked haha. Haha, yup the actings important.
I was actually very nervous in posting this, and seeing that no one so far says it was awful is good. I'm still relatively new here.

Hey halosavior007, welcome to the VAA!
Unfortunately dude, what you made here wouldn't really be considered a "demo reel" by most of the people here. It's a collection of your work, but, as Antfish pointed out, it's too long. It's totally understandable that you had the wrong idea, seeing as how it's kind of hard to know what to do until someone explains it! But really, the point of the demo reel is to quickly and cleanly showcase your skills. Here are some guidelines for making a reel that would be accepted for critique:
1. Keep it short. I'd say 1:30 max.
2. Because it's so short, only have 1 or 2 (or 3) lines per voice.
3. Explore as much of your range as you comfortably can. This means including low-pitched voices, mediums, and highs.
4. Make sure you're comfortable speaking in each voice you include. So don't try to sound like Doctor Claw from Inspector Gadget if you're killing yourself doing it, because it won't sound believable.
5. Vary your emotions as much as you can over the course of the reel. You're trying to show the spectrum of your acting in just 1 minute, so avoid boring "normal" lines.
6. Add different background music to each voice! This is a simple thing that makes anyone's voice 1000% more enjoyable to hear. Get some from www.freeplaymusic.com or wherever else.
7. No transitions between voices.
8. Keep whatever intro before the voices very short. I personally think just saying your name in your normal speaking voice is more than enough.
9. Stick with what you know you're good at! No need to do crazy voices if you can't use them comfortably.
Hope that helps, I think it'll get ya on the right track. Everybody learns this stuff at some point, so no worries about not doing it exactly right the first time. And don't be nervous posting things - the only way for you to improve is to get critiqued!
And Zangya - No need to be a prick.

This is not a demo reel, it's a collection of fandubs. A demo should be no longer than 2 minutes and should pander to the A.D.D. crowd. Next time, do some research, take advice from the pros, and use only YOUR voice.
