This is pretty good. A few things I'd like to point out though:

At the beginning, the music was very overpowering. It was difficult to hear the voices under it.
Pretty much all of your voices sounded the same.

It sounded like you were holding back on all the lines. Don't be afraid to just let go. Express everything you've got.

Don't just read lines off the page. Put yourself in the character's shoes. You'll go a LONG way!

Broaden your range a little more. Explore your vocals and you'll find voices you never even thought you could pull off. (True story!)
Different snippets of music should be used for each voice you do to set the mood. (Trust me, I learned the hard way as well!)

Also, demo reels should be about 60 to 90 seconds long. (A minute to a minute and a half.)

Other than that, it turned out very well for a first demo reel! http://planetsmilies.net/kaos-not-tagged-smiley-5675.gif

and about the voices sounding the same same, there were only two voices in there haha, and the two voices were supposed to sound the same due to one character being the negative of the other. You're so awesome though thanks for the great help hehe!
