Arthur Dent's quest through the entire galaxy filled with near-death experiences, simply looking for a decent cup of tea.
Post here any discussion you have on the funniest sci-fi series!

I LOVE Douglas Adams. I used to read books in the train, but it never felt quite safe to read his books in the train, because I was afraid to wake the person next to me up in sudden laughter.

His work was hillarious. He also had some short writings that are among my all time favourites.

I religiously purchase ever edition just for the hell of it, and in case I want to lend it out to a not-so-trustworthy friend.

Hitchiker's is amazing!
If anyone's interested, there's a thing called "douglas adam's the party" going on in london in march, it has people like brian cox and stuff doing shows.
It looks like it'll be a good night

The plot is a little weak if not non-existent but the scenarios that he comes up with in these books are amazing and hilarious. One of my favourite books of all time.
