Hmm you know that was a pretty interesting demo reel, you showed alot more range towards the end then the beginning that I didnt expect but I would work on varying your whole demo reel.
For starters your emotions were pretty good, none seemed forced (though the yell could use a bit of work) but overall good job with them. However you have a very soft voice and alot of your deliveries were the same way. While this was great for the emotions that required it (such as the sad scene) it wasn't so hot with others (like the first voice) which really just lacked the energy to be convincing. Actually for the most part you were rather tame with your energy, so I would try and go a little more all out.
As for the voices like I said earlier at the beginning you didn't stray too far from voice to voice until you hit the "party girl" which in fact I thought was your strongest and most natural. It really just seemed like she fit into that scene perfectly so really good job with that. The younger and more mature voices weren't bad but just keep working on them ~
Hope to hear more from you~

Thank you so much, hyperknees! <3
It does make it so much harder to belt out big lines and confident voices when I have such a soft voice, because I don't want to sound forced. D: It's difficult! But in all fairness, I'm finding out new things about my voice every day the more I record so I guess I'll surprise people some day! Maybe even myself for that matter... O_o
But thank you so much for taking the time to listen and critique my demo reel! I really do appreciate it!

Wow! I believe this is the first demo reel I've listened to Cydonia. Lemme give this a listen and critique this.
The first half of your demo sounded as if you were using the same voice throughout. You didn't really change your voice until about 44 seconds in, and it made the demo seem one-noted for a while until it got to the different voices. Be sure to space out and branch every different voice so it doesn't sound like you're putting the same voices in one spot.
I also felt your acting fell short in a few lines. Like for example, the "Does anyone else feel like we should be running?" The scream at the very end sounded a bit weak and unconvincing.
However, there are a bunch of good points about your demo. You showcased quite a range, but since you used a lot of the same voice, it almost made your demo feel one-sided. If you worked on really developing your characters and used a multitude of voices throughout the reel instead of just the second half, then you would have an awesome demo on your hands!
I would love to hear more of your voice in the future! You've got the voices. The only thing you really need to do is fine tune a few things here and there! Cydonia, this is a pretty good demo for your first one. And I hope you will succeed in your auditions with your wonderful voice!

I quite enjoy your demo reel cydonia. Even though you use some of the same voice range it was truly amaing. I hope to hear more from you.
