I LIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIVE!!! ::Punted.::

So, after going on hiatus for a couple months to take care of my third-degree burn-inflicted throat, I started to get antsy. I mean, I'm always singing, I have this shiny new Snowball mic, how could I resist any longer?

So, while recording lines for Last Night, Good Night, I decided to record somethin' for my own channel. Something quick.

Hey. HIMEKA song. Why not?

Now, generally, I have a complete inability to belt. For some songs, I can't compensate style for that. Others, like here, I somehow managed not to mutilate the song with my lack of belting ability. So I went "Hey, I didn't screw that up horribly, why not post it?" (Since I wasn't sure it would end up being worthy of posted. Hey man, I have a load of hidden recordings on these here 'puters.)

And now here we are, with you reading a rather random and badly-told story that you most likely don't care about. XD;

But I wasn't quite paying attention to how I was saying the words, so the accent's not quite right in places. Since this was spur-of-the-moment, an' all.

I cut the karaoke myself! I was so proud. ::Kicked.::

...Ta-daaa~?

Way to belt~

You hit those high notes pretty well; I'd just say to work on pitch control is all.

Well done! =D Himeka <3

I don't quite understand what you mean by pitch. Was it my voice sounding higher when I hit the high notes? That always happens. Around that range, I start to sound more like I did when I was fifteen. (I have no idea why.)

Or did you mean something else?

Once you hit a note, work on the control to sustain it.

Gotcha. I'll keep that in mind!

But please remember, I'm not trained, have third-degree burns in my throat, this is a one-shot, and I'm not Himeka. XD; So I'm not really sure what I'm doing half the time....

And this was done out of boredom. Which, generally, is how half of my stuff comes out......I'm sensing a trend...I digress. ::Salute.:: Thanks for the explanation.
