You captured his voice and quality very well... But as for your singing itself, once the chorus came in, you were really really flat on all of your high notes... Your pitches were off on the "hello"s too...

Easiest way to fix this is have more breath support when you approach these notes. As for the "hello"s, it may have been the vocal effect you added.

Other than that, you captured his style and spirit nicely. Keep singing, and remember that your breath is your best friend.

lol yeah, I kinda understand what you mean :/ I think it's mostly cuz I don't like to get too loud when I record songs so I don't accidentally make my mic peak, but I'm starting to slowly get over that habit seeing as how I recently found out that not even singing screamo makes it peak o.o
