woo that was fun.

I like Usako's Aikawa alot, she had alot of color in her character in a short amount of time and also her voice fit well. The only line I felt she tripped slightly on was the last one she had where it seemed a bit awkward (when she said time Idk it just sounded like she extended it too long or something). But other than that I loved her take on the character.

JuicedTv also had the right voice and had that nervous/flustered tone needed to make the scene work. The only part that probably needed a bit more was the "hurry" as he probably could've sounded a little more flustered. But overall a well done job, I especially like how he said "take care" very subtle but well done emotion.

As for me I'm just dull and lame =p ( I really needed to watch the video beforehand to match the lipflaps better).

Also I think the music slightly overpowered your voice at the ending song subaru haha. But still it was fun for what it was worth.

Misaki Takahashi - JuicedTV
It was a...different take on Misaki. You were quite nasally in your delivery and it didn't seem to fit at first, you made him sound younger than he was. But, as the clip went on, it began to fit the character very well, being young but not too young. Your delivery on some lines lacked but you did seem quite hurt in some of the lines and I especially liked the "take care", it sounded hurt yet subtle.

Usami Akihiko - hyperknees91
You sounded a little bit forced and awkward. The tone was low but it just sounded a bit uncomfortable for you, most of your lines being bland and awkward sounding. The way you said "Misaki" bugged me a little, it sounded more like "Miss Aki". You did sound distant, but it just didn't fit entirely with Usami but he's a very difficult character to pull off so kudos!

Aikawa-san - Usako
You did well on her character. You had a nice young tone whilst also sounding mature. With that being said, your delivery could have used a little bit more energy as it just seemed a bit too serious for her. Also, on your ending line, some of the words seemed a bit muddled, especialy the "particular".

Ending
Nice take on the song. Some of the lyrics didn't seem to flow right but I've never heard your voice before and it was pretty good. The pitch-up caught me off guard a little but you made it work. Agreeing with hyperknees in that your voice was over-powered but it also sounded quite muffled and some lyrics were hard to understand.

Mixing
Nothing to really complain about. Volumes were fine but SFX were lacking, I'm not sure if I heard any at all other than the doorbell. Some flaps seemed off but that's usually just a script problem.

Overall, pretty good. I was nitpicking quite alot but I hope you can all take this into consideration.

Hatty: I knew hatty would have the right voice for Hiroki ^w^ I love her yelling in the beggining of the clip >:3

CidRunsFunny::Usami - Thought this was pretty good. He sounded boyish and distant, which fit Usami's character rather well. At least I assume from what I've seen that he's a distant character, since I've never actually watched the show. :sweat

Hatty::Hiroki - I thought I did alright. I might've been a bit too deep, and perhaps my "what the hell are you doing here?" line could've sounded angrier.

Mixing - Awesome job, though I think that you made my first line a little too loud. There was some peaking at the end there. Also, maybe turn up the volume on Little Usami a tad bit more. Other than that, I loved that little "ding!" SFX you used for Hiroki when Usami woke up--it was cute. ^^

I enjoyed the clips overall.

Clip one: The voice for Misaki I thought was fine. At first I thought the voice was kind of young, but it grew after a few watches. It's a change too (as fandubs go, since a few clips I've seen where Misaki was involved had a female va, so it made him sound even younger. JuicedTV a guy right o_o; If JuicedTV a girl, kudos ^^). Usami's voice I thought was fitting. For some odd reason, the delivery of the line, "Can you eat alone" bothered me haha. "Misaki" line does sort of sound like "Ms. Aki" like pointed out by someone lol. Kinda moot though since his name isn't repeated several times. Usako I thought fit Aikawa. She did splendidly.

Clip Two: Cute clip. Both va did good I thought. Nothing really much to say lol. Usami's voice was cute and spacey like his personality, and Hiroki was flustered and serious. Mom's voice was ok for the two lines. Kind of young, but ok though.

The mixing was fine.

Oh boy... I'm a big fan of the series, so this may be harsh~

JuicedTV: While you have a nice voice for the character, I felt that you lacked the youthful luster that Misaki possesses. It sounded a bit awkward when Usami was there to pet his head, what was probably supposed to sound like a tense wince, sounded more like a "Uh?" the first time. I'd try and sound a bit more energtic and hurtful. He is after all getting torn up about the interacting going on between Usami and Aiwaka.

HyperKnee91: A nice deep voice, but honestly, I imagined him with a deeper voice for him. Yes, a bit awkward in the delivery. Can't say much at this point, considering what's already been said. =P Bit, it does the job.

Usako: Sorry, I wasn't a big fan of your portrayal of the character. While, you sounded mature, again like Misaki's, there wasn't enough energy to her lines. Overall the voice works to complete the scene.

Hiroki's Mom: I felt the yelling could have had a bit more energy and power to it, son is running away upset, and the mother should be a bit more upset and concerned for her son. It sounded like you were holding back a lot. Esp. when it came to scolding her son about quitting, I'd sound a bit stricter; after all she wants the best for her son as any parent would.

Hatty: My goodness, a wonderful portrayal of the character. I loved your delivery and emotion. It's just so fitting for young Hiroki. Very boyish and cute too! So, no complaints, or critiques, I thought you did very well.

CidRunsFunny: Aha, you sounded so cute. xD; I love how you kept true to the overall delivery and tone, esp. the whole please, please, part of the clip. It made me extremely happy, it was endearing and it made me go all mushy too. I want to hug Usami now. =P

Razzy: Wow! I've always been a big fan of your work. Your voice fit Hiroki well. Emotion was very fitting. Though, I imagined him with a bit deeper voice, but it does work.Especially when it came to the various emotions that Hiroki had been going through, from awkward, to happy/victorious to being sombre and embarrassed; it was well portrayed. I loved it. <3

Rahne: .... nothing to critique.

Keep up the good work, Subaru-Camui... next time though; I'd work on inserting a bit more SFX. The lack of them was a bit off-putting, but the voice talent was a wonderful distraction from it.

Haha this was a fun clip Subaru. Lucawesome, I thought you did a good job coming off stern like Miyagi. Sometimes you lines sounded a little too stiff and flat, but overall great job. Can't really say anything about myself, i had three "sounds" so we'll see in the last clip.

Mixing: I thought it was pretty good. The lines were properly placed and timed to the video. I thought the footstep sfx sounded a little static and repetitive (the VAA footstep pack?), so maybe either turn down the volume of them a bit or try to find a different footstep with more variation. But other than that, good work Subaru!

Lateness... Finally got around to watching this. I love it Subaru! Your mixing was great and the lines were generally synced good. I remember having such a crazy time trying to record for this clip since I hadn't done a breakdown scene before and yeah, a really tough emotional clip. But I loved the finished project and congrats on finishing (*lost track of the number) all your junjou clips!
