Mars - takahata101 - Nicely done. Evil sounding and all that. I laughed though just hearing you say "blaugh!" at 5:31 lol.

Morrison - ConVito - I'm actually really proud of my performance in this. Except for the first line. For some reason it just doesn't seem to fit.

Cress - xSeo - Excellent. Fit the character perfectly. You've got a great young hero voice.

Mint - ichigoxcupcakes - Loved it. I've always loved Mint (though I prefer Arche ;P) and always pictured her with a cute voice like this. You nailed it.

Chester - BlueShadow - I think yours is the standout performance in this. Just the right amount of emotion and you meshed with the scene perfectly.

Man 1 - takahata101 and Man 2 - ConVito - Woo! Go us!

Dhaos - Actorman - Only one line. But I'm honestly surprised you can go that low lol. It was great. I could barely tell it was you.

This was pretty wicked. Everyone sounded awesome. However... did you just keep the original Japanese audio in there, but turned down? Everytime takahata as Mars spoke, I could hear the Japanese actor under him. It was only noticeable with him, though. Probably because they added the "I'm talking through a metal helm." effect to his voice and you opted out of that. Other than that and some REALLY quiet sound effects when they should have been louder here and there, the mixing was great.

This was a lot of fun to watch! I'm grateful to have been a part of it!

I desperately need a nap, but I'll certainly try to get a critique later today.

Mars - takahata101 - A great fit for mars, sounded really menacing and evil. Liked the death cry at the end aswell xD

Morrison - ConVito - I think you did great her Convito. Fit the character perfectly and your "Indignation!" was superb.

Cress - xSeo - I think i did pretty decently here, though i think my "Chester!" screams could've been alot better, definitely something i need to work on xP

Mint - ichigoxcupcakes - Pretty much exactly how i imagined Mint would sound. Very soft and cutesy voice. Nice job!

Chester - BlueShadow - I have to agree with ConVito here in saying that yours was the standout performance. Emotion was great and your voice just fit so well with Chester.

Man 1 and 2 - takahata101 and ConVito - Epic death screams, nice! XD

Dhaos - Actorman - You may have only had one line, but it was a good one and it fit Dhaos very nicely. Can't wait to hear more Dhaos from you =D

I saw this at college and watching this made me realize that I never did finish watching this series...

In any case, this was a great clip. I was honestly impressed with BlueShadow and ConVito's performances. As ParaBolic stated, I'm pretty sure I did hear some of the original audio ever so slightly, especially when Mars was all like: "Blargh!", I heard another voice right after it. Also, there were some missing SFX (or very quiet SFX as I wasn't wearing headphones), especially with the Indignation; I was hoping for some epic sounds there xD

This was a lot of fun to watch, and even more fun to be in. Thank you for wanting me to be in this clip, I was very honored and glad to play such a lovely character as Mint~ ;////;

Mars - takahata101 You very are evil~ teehee. I loved your performance and your tone for such a devious character~ very well done. Your performance was strong the entire way through this clip until your death (boohoo) your emotions were played perfectly, and it was very believable. Wonderful job~

Morrison - ConVito This was amazing, I thought you were the real voice actor to tell the truth. You sounded perfect for the role, and your performance was outstanding. Your flow and balance for your lines was amazing, and the pain behind them was very believable~ wonderful job :3 Your spell chants, AMAZING. kudos~ (claps)

Cress - xSeo I'm happy to be working with you again~! I always love your performance. And I believe you did a better job than the original voice actor (*is shot* I'm sorry Johnny!) I loved your tone, balance and flow, and even your gasps. Amazing job, you made me want to punch Mars in the face for taking your father's medallion ;3; the jerk. Overall amazing, don't stop~ (believing~ *is shot*)

Mint - ichigoxcupcakes I think I did well, but I could have improved with my Morrison line~ to me I didn't sound as worried. But I am happy with my performance in the end. Thank you so much for letting me be apart of this, I am overwhelmed with joy. I can't wait to do more~

Chester - BlueShadow Amazing. I wanted to again, punch Mars in the face for burning your village :3 your emotions were spot on, your tone was spectacular. I believed you were Chester throughout the clip, not just a character on screen. Wonderful job~ : 3

Dhaos - Actorman When I first heard this I seriously said "WOW. CRISPIN FREEMAN PLAYS HIM?" that's how much I didn't recognize your voice. That was AMAZING. Even for one line, you sure know how to make watchers do double takes~ :3 I can't wait to hear more~

Mixing - Sera Phia Amazing mixing. I didn't even notice it was ripped until I read it was. Girl, that takes TALENT. I loved it overall, some sound effects were quiet here and there, but it wasn't too noticeable~ this was lovely and I can't wait to see more!

It took some playing around with Audacity's GVerb, but it was a better effect than my previous attempts. ^^

Woo that was a fun clip, can't wait to see the next one.

Mars - Appropriately voiced and had the power to go along with it. I love the menacing tone throughout all his lines, his laughs were great and his power he was able to stress on his voice was also great. The only thing is that at times while delivering some of his louder lines, he did seem very strained with his voice. Though overall an excellent job!

Chester- A good voice for chester, has that kind and friendly nature to it that makes it easily likable. Chesters emotions were for the most part pretty strong here, he was quite believable in his line delivery and fit the character well. However his ennunciation seemed to falter a bit on the louder lines towards Mars and it took some of the power out of the performance. Also the quieter lines towards Cless while they had good emotion, felt a little awkwardly delivered. "You heard the man cless, I can buy a little time, don't take too long ok" for example every line was paced in such a way that it didn't flow well together so he seemed a tad unbelievable at points. It probably would've been better to switch the pitch at the start of "I can buy a little time" so it wouldn't come out so flat. It's a good take of the character nonetheless.

xSeo // Cress -- You have played Cress before right? If you have you've really improved. You did an amazing job and contrary to what you said before, I thought both times you yelled "Chester!" were very believable.

ichigoxcupcakes // Mint -- I want to hear more from you as Mint! You did perfectly, but I need more!

I agree some lines were more stoic-y than they than should have been, but thank you Sera for having me redo the "keep her safe" line! Phew... Don't really understand the ennunciation problem though. ConVito // Morison -- Fantastic! I've always liked your work ConVito and you were a really convicing Morison. The going back in time explanation felt a little bit forced to me. I think if you would have made him sound a bit more tired or softer it would have fit better. Two thumbs up nonetheless.

Actorman // Dhaos -- I've always hated doing one-liners. They're the most stressful thing. One chance to make and impression and one-million different ways to deliever it. You hit the nail on the head with this. Not overly godly or evil, but it had an "I'm above you, lolz" tone. Nice.

SeraPhia // Mixing -- The sound effects were all great, but they should have been much much louder (because I suppose you ripped them?). Hunt down those SFX Sera!! Anyways thanks for including me in this. The thing as a whole was very impressive and I can't wait for more.

Cute clip - I really liked the feel of this one a lot. Some great atmosphere building here :3

Arche - Sera Phia - I really liked you in this. Very cute and light and you had good energy. Nothing really stuck out to me as worth critiquing beyond simply enjoying your performance, so great work with this character!

Claus - Para_Bolic - For the most part the acting was really there for this character overall, but I think it lacked a bit of voice commitment. It sounded fairly good as a performance, but I wasn't exactly sure how to pinpoint what he exactly sounded like by the end of the clip. A few lines here and there were a bit flat too, but nothing really bad. This is really nitpicking. Ennunciation was awesome though, thank you ^^ (personal pet peeve)

Mixing, as to be expected, was lovely, despite the occasional lip flap issue. But overall this reallywas just fun to watch! Aside from some nitpicks, great clip both of you!

Arche // Sera Phia -- Very impressive. This is the first time I've heard you in that range of voice and you really did you a great job.

Claus // Para_Bolic -- Just as DKT has already touched on, it was as though you couldn't find the right voice for Claus. Many of the little grunts sounded like they were coming from another character. That aside, the emotion was good and overall it was a solid performance.

Not exactly a challenging clip to mix, but nevertheless is sounded good =)

I agree with both of you... well because I was having a hard time finding a voice. I sent in the less polished lines at the end thinking that I would have to redo them and I was totally fine with that because I was already on a deadline extension and didn't want to make her wait for the lines. Plus, I figured that I would be able to get them up to the caliber of the others towards the middle of the clip if she did ask for redos. When Sera didn't ask for any I was a bit taken aback. Maybe time constraints or something influenced that decision.

I'm sure I'll have a much more solid performance the next clip he's in.

Another great clip Sera Phia!

Sera Phia: Like BlueShadow mentioned, this was a nice cute voice that was higher than what I usually hear you play. It had everything Arche needed, the spunk, playfulness and all. It was a different take from the dub, but I liked it just as much possibly more.

Para_bolic: For me you did good as Claus. You had his tone right and it worked well. That being said, like others have mentioned I felt like you could have done a bit more with the lines you were given. Particularly his freakout line when Arche surprises him and the "spell-casting" lines could have used a bit more energy and commandingness (i made up my own word there) respectively. But I did like it and considering your deadline problem I'm sure you'll do better in the next clip.

Mixing wise pretty much everything seemed pretty tight. Sound effects were appropriate and placed well and I liked how you covered all of the little sfx that Arche made while flying or Claus's many footsteps towards the beginning. Those little easily over-looked sfx really are what make an awesome mixing job. Great work you two!

Arche :: Sera Phia Great energy as usual! The one line that bothers me is "He's kind of a letdown after how you built him up." You sounded a bit more cheerful than disappointed. Other than that, everything else sounded fine.

Claus :: Para_Bolic Great performance here however, I don't know if this was Sera's doing but there was an odd break in one of your lines: "It would all be for naught if...he leaks into another era."

Morrison :: ConVito Your voice fits Morrison like a glove, dude. Sounded very humble and wise.

Cress :: xSeo Not many lines in this, but I liked what I heard. Good voice for Cress ^ ^

That was my fault. I was having trouble with the reference video so I was using the audio in it and tried to follow the pacing from the Japanese actor for that line.

Good clip. I liked it. :)

However, I noticed some really heavy interlacing when anything animated. I don't know how to get rid of that, but it was pretty distracting so I would suggest trying to avoid it next clip.

I see that now, too. I have no idea how that came there (probably happened during compression?), but I'll definitely watch out for that in the next clips.

Claus - Para_Bolic - I've never really known what Claus should sound like (I haven't seen the original dub of the OVA either), but honestly, you fit it like a glove.

Cress - xSeo - I can definitely see you being typecast as teens in anime, cartoons, whatever. You just have that perfect quality to your voice that makes it sound like a teenager while not sounding too much like a real life teenager (angsty, mumbly, you know), if that makes any sense.

Mint - ichigoxcupcakes - I don't recall hearing much more than a few gasps from you in this. Can't really give a critique on just that.

Lundgrom - takahata101 - Your lines were kind of quiet, but I could hear you pretty well. Nicely done. You really came across as desperate and in need of aid.

Chester - BlueShadow - You make a good young badass character. Didn't hear much from you this time around, but I know you sound great in the part.

I have to say, I personally disagree with McTricky's comment, I think the way you said the "built him up" line had the flexibility to be either a disappointed sound, or a cheery mocking sound. You went with the mocking sound, which is fine! =) Sweet.

Claus // Para_Bolic -- Ah, nice! You've definitely fit yourself into the role lately. Even though you've given Claus a very distinct tone to his voice, you sound comfortable and believable.

Morrison // ConVito -- What.... what are you talking about!?!?! In my opinion I think you did better in this than in the first clip, where I thought the last two lines or so could have used a bit more energy. But man, you've got the low voice and the maturity to go along with it. Great job, dude! Don't put yourself down! =D

Cress // xSeo -- I just like your voice. 'Nuff said. I feel like you have a HUGE emotional range that we just haven't had the privlege to hear yet. You need a clip all to yourself, cuzz I want to hear moar!
