Matt: I found 3 recording studios there.
Dad: And what are they for?
Matt: So I can record an animation demo reel, and a commercial one.
Dad: What are those for?
Matt: These are my calling cards in the VA world, what I give to my agents, and companies I want to work for, they show people what I can do.
Dad:...Sure. After youre NYclass field trip, we can go,

I don't know much about how you go about arranging it I'm afraid, but one piece of advice I could offer....bring water!

Water is the best friend to vocal chords when your doing big recording sessions ^_^

We already talked a lot over IM, but to summerize; practice, ask lots of questions, and anything else that will get you as prepared as possible.

When you go to the studio, make sure you bring chris sabat with you to do all the voices in your demo, but take all the credit for the work that was done.

You guys are so supportive. ;-; I love you all. I'll edit this thread and update it as more details comes.

^^;; drama practice ran over today, so I'll be calling tomorrow about stuff.

After talking with Lucien for awhile last night, I've decided to record my commercial reel with a studio first, to see how I prefer the quality there as opposed to homemade stuff.

So far, all I know that I want to put in it is a theatre trailer narration ya know, the "Comming Soon" voice. I've done a few of them, and I'll be researching all sorts of other things to say, but does anyone have any suggestions on what I should say in it?
