There are five basic rules of life, with these five concepts, you are then a perfect being and you will be granted anything you desire. However, there is no person with all such fortunate grants. Everyone has flaws, that's a given.

Recently, a rumor has come to settle upon the human race. These five concepts have materialized into physical objects and they are all for the taking, no matter if you have or deserve this quality or not.

The story starts at Beta Academy, a school for magically gifted students. Zachary, who after failing to achieve his goal in becoming the school's headmaster, is asked to find an old mage to teach him more magic and better yet teach him how to control his temper.

However, a strange girl, who goes by the name of Mobile, presents him a different journey.

"Find the five basic qualities that have manifested into physical objects and any wish of yours will come true..."

You guys have to send in more bloopers. Make them up. I don't care. I can't be the only one making a fool of myself. I don't even have as many lines as everyone else! I probably had more bloopers than I had lines! (Mad skills, I know.)

But seriously, I'm sorry to everyone that my mic quality was lacking. The situation is fixed (and although it leaves me in an awkward space alone in the middle of the room away from all electronics, I'll do it for you guys). It'll be much clearer in the future.

Kudos to everyone. It's a bit hard to understand some people- err, me- so I'll work on better pronunciation. I love that music, though, and I want to steal it and take it for all my future radioplay endeavors.

Can't wait for part 2.

Wow, this is actually really good. I haven't listened to a lot of good quality radioplays -- but this is by far one of the better ones. Glad to be a part of it! Regarding the mixing, I think you're doing fantastic for your first mix. You only get better with time, so look forward to that =) The story's got me intrigued as well. Can't wait to do more!

I just listened to the prologue and you have me hooked :3

It's nice to hear mippa again these days and your story is definitely original. I'll have to find more time tomorrow to listen to the actual episodes and I'll be sure to leave some more helpful feedback!

Ahh, good things come to those who wait. What great work! It's funny, I'm starting to get to the point that I can recognize people's voices when I hear them in projects. McTricky, ~xXLittlexGurlXx~, Blossercubbles, Usako, Sera Phia, (just to name a few) I'm actually getting to a point where I can go "Hey, that sounds like..." and then look at the cast list and am correct!

Great work everybody! The mixing was great, Andieluca! When is there going to be a download link available? This will be joining Eternal Genesis on my iPod as soon as you put it up for download!

It's funny, this was the first project I was cast in after joining the VAA, and I haven't done too too much, but already I can hear little things in which I've improved. Also, I have a much better mic now, so the next chapter should sound even better! Also funny is that, despite the nearly 5 months of seperation from when I recorded these lines to now, I remembered my lines almost line-for-line. B.A.S.I.C. must have really left a mark on me!

EDIT: Just saw that there is already a download option available! Oops! Downloading now!

@Brinny-chan: yay! Thanks brinny!

@Chioku: yup yup! Loving my cast.

@Animeluvr44: Cute? Haha. Thanks!

@Monotori: haha. Yes..more bloopers. I'm kidding...kinda. But thanks for sending them in...made me happy at 3 am while mixing.

@BloodyHowling: Yup, I’ll continue practicing the skill of mixing. One day…my goal…to become a great mixer…haha…wow what a tangent. But yup! Thanks for your kind comment!

@McTricky: Yup, it’s out! I await intently for your critique good sir! J

@tomatocars: Thanks! Feedback is wonderful and it’ll help me improve. :D

That's honestly the first time I've ever been told that... ever. So, thank you! Glad you enjoyed it. Not what I was going for exactly, but glad you enjoyed it, lol. XD
...actually, Zachary is supposed to be good looking and popular with the ladies; so, maybe it was what I was going for? Hmm...

@TriPredRavage: Wow…5 months ago…you still remember…good memory. And it’s going into your ipod? I feel so honored! :D

Yes indeed! It is on my iPod now, ready for instant listening whenever I desire. Now we just need to get chapter 2 started! XD

And, trust me, I'm as surprised as anyone that I can remember those lines so well. Like I said, they must have left a mark on me!

Critique time!

KimiLynn as Narrator: Alright, so this was good. You were very clear in your words, and there's really weren't any flaws on your part ^ ^

Students: First off, I have to say that the mic qualities varied drastically from good to really bad. eronlover's mic was particularly bad. But that aside, the students all acted really well. There was some rich emotion displayed here. A couple of people's (myself, included) words were slurred or under-pronounced but nothing too bad.

Monotori as Jenn: I enjoyed your performance. You had a high amount of energy in your voice when speaking to Kai. Great work ^ ^

Usako as Headmaster Rubira: Usako, you had a convincing performance here. You had the low, authorative tone that a headmaster should have, so good work on that ^ ^.

BloodyHowling as Kai: I really like your voice for Kai. I believe it's very fitting. Your emotions were clear and you portrayed your character well ^ ^

TriPredRavage as Zachary: Alright, so your portrayed the character well! However, I felt the emotion was lacking quite a bit here. Although, I think that may be due to the character. It's quite hard to sound all badass and uncaring and "Squall-like" without sounding monotone. But your performance was good, nonetheless.

Sera Phia as Mobile: I don't get to hear your higher-range voices a lot, Serah. I think this voice worked quite well. Definitely brought the character to life with the bright attitude.

~xXLittlexGurlXx~ as Kylie: I believe your voice was very fitting for this type of character. The word "food" came out a lil' awkward to me, but bleh....excellent performance.

NikoShinigami as Yuri: When I was reading the script, I had no idea who that cast was, so when I read this scene, I had in mind that Yuri was male. Totally surprised me here xD But more importantly, your emotions was rich in this performance which made it enjoyable.

Mixing by Andieluca: So Andie, first off, kudos for the FFXI music xD Mixing wise, I personally found it quite hard to engage in what was going on at the beginning with all the students. For instance whoever said: "Time! And backwards!", I couldn't hear that person because she was drowned out by the volume of the music.

At times the spacing between lines were either too short or too long. Other than these things, I think you did an alright job at mixing this. The music and SFX fit well. Watch out for the volume of the music though, and make sure the VAs can be heard clearly.

Yeah, I need to watch out for that. I think a part of it is that I was recording on my old headset mic, which kinda demanded a specific type of acting for this kind of character. Now that I have a better mic, I should be able to put a bit more behind Zachary in the future! Thanks for the critique, McTricky!

Just love the bloopers and the series is great!

The cast did an awesome job of really bringing this to life. As for mixing.... I couldn't even tell you were a beginner Andieluca =D

Memorable bloopers lol:

Thank you!

Now to make an official comment about this xD

The voices were all great and fit their characters well. The extras are what I'm nitpicking about, though. It seems highly unnecessary and troublesome to have a bigger cast mostly made up of extras. If possible, you should keep the extra count down lower - 3 would be ideal.

Mixing-wise, you're doing pretty well for your first time (much better than my sorry attempt). My main two tips on how to get better at mixing is to A) listen to other radioplays and pick up on tricks from them, and B) ambience and good music. Ambience sort of fills in empty parts and great music that really fits the scenes really, really intensifies the emotion in them. This is why picking out music is my favorite part of audio mixing.

Finally, you should tell everyone to keep their bloopers. I wish I recorded some now ;__;

EDIT: And I adore your art. Mobile looks so cute <3

B.A.S.I.C. Episode 2 part A out.

Only Part A is out, as I'm still waiting on a couple lines. On some level, this is a motivational thing before I send out script 3,4,5. *hint hint* *gets shot* X_x"

So, I'm not going to do a full review until the whole second chapter is released, but I will say this: chapter 2 had a lot of lines I really enjoyed playing. Such as my "You can keep him," line.

Oh, and Sera Phia's Mobile is adorable, which is a word I do not use lightly, due to it not being a manly word. >.>

nikoshinigami
01-15-2010, 05:40 PM
Well, I'm the one holding up the show so allow me to stand forward and receive your words of admonition and wallow in my shame. Since my graduation in December I've been treking from Texas to New York to find the answer to this question: What do you do with a BA in English? The job hunt continues but at least I'm stationary now and as soon as my room is warm enough to turn the heater off, I'll be finishing my lines for this episode and sending in the lines for the next immediately after.

I'm very impressed with the cast and mixing. There's great emotion here and almost all of it is quite fluid and doesn't come across as forced which is in part due to a well written script.

Bloopers? God... well, I suck pretty damn hard at battle sounds so the least I can do is save every god awful insult to human ears that comes crawling from my gut x_<

Sera Phia

Here's to first part of Episode 2!

So far the story's intriguing, though I can't say much since I've already read the script XD. I never really commented on everyone's voices yet, but BloodyHowling really portrays his character well, and ~xXLittlexGurlXx~ sounds lovely. And TriPred...I love how you said, "You could keep him." And you know how I feel about your voice overall XP

Wah. At least my mic quality's better now.

Overall, the mixing has improved. Just watch out for the quality of people's lines, and I think you should spend a little more time cleaning up a few pops and background hissing and etc.. Really, that's the only thing bothering me about the project.

Can't wait for next part!

McTricky

Well this was nice. Very nice indeed! I'm kinda bummed out it's only the first part, I'd have liked to hear the rest xD

I think everyone played their parts really well, and I especially liked NikoShinigami, Monotori and BloodyHowling's performances.

The mixing was really good as well, a lot better than the first Episode. Keep it up! ^ ^

@TriPredRavage: This "manly" thing is gonna haunt me for the rest of my life. haha. I'm kidding. :P

@Nikoshinigami: Your bloopers are amazing. :P I would know. It's not everyday I get a full out song as a blooper. :) (I should make those people who want extensions to sing for me. >> << I'm joking!)

@sera phia: So sorry! Will work on that. Promise! :)

@McTricky: sorry! The rest should be out...next week? *sigh* hopefully. *fingers crossed*

You make it sound like you're going to critique the blooper reel. xD

This episode was great, and I enjoyed everyone's performances in this. That fight scene was pretty epic as well, although it was hard to follow what was happening at first but the dialogue helped me create a clear image in my mind which is good.

Andieluca

@monotori: haha. "nothing" can be more epic than the outtakes. :P

nikoshinigami

I'm sick in bed x_x And I really should be more active in this so here's me picking part two apart with only the best of intentions.

@Monotori & BloodyHowling - Loved your interaction in the first part. There's just something rather enjoyable in having your voices together in a scene. They just sound good in conversation.

No real mixing complaints in the first part. Pacing is good, music and sound effects work, it's just all in all a very pleasant sounding piece.

Now for part B 1&2:

@Cast - Nicely done. No one sticks out as better or worse than anyone else; the delivery is very solid from everyone. One of my favorite things about BASIC is that the cast is equally talented and can be listened to for overall quality and not just as a platform for one or two more established AVAs. Excellent job; looking forward to hearing future parts~!

Mixing- A little hard to tell what lines are internal and external sometimes. Also, the tempo of some of the conversations is a bit fast. Great ambient sounds. Love~ the sounds for Kohilo. The whale song/bells tinkling are a really great representation.

During the fight scene the sound effects and music overpowered some of the dialogue. Again, there's some pacing issues in conversation. A quick pace can give the feeling of excitement and urgency but since this is audio you can leave the job of setting the pace to the music and allow conversations to have more natural pauses between speakers. I love the music change when Alessandro appears. It's subtle but it's like saying "Here comes the bad ass!"
@TriPredRavage - Great fight scene acting. Really felt a sense of urgency and your 'look out!' in particular was fantastic.
@~xXLittlexGurlXx~ - Love how sweet you sound and there's often a lot of great emotion in the voice but while Kylie explains that the fish is a rudd, it feels as though she's forgotten that she's talking about the same fish that is attacking them at that very moment.
@JonFawkes - Great fight sounds ::is jealous::
@Nikoshinigami - Couldn't help but notice your battle cry wasn't included in the final mix. It seems the song was well in order. You suck at battle cries. Just wait until they find out you suck at screaming too....

McTricky
01-21-2010, 09:22 PM
@~xXLittlexGurlXx~ - Love how sweet you sound and there's often a lot of great emotion in the voice but while Kylie explains that the fish is a rudd, it feels as though she's forgotten that she's talking about the same fish that is attacking them at that very moment.

I feel that her emotion for that particular line was for comical effect. If she were to say it in panic, I don't think that part would've been funny as it was.

Oh an Andie, I've been listening to this quite a few times now, and I'm interested in the BGM you used for the battle with the magical fish. I have a feeling it's from the Eternal Sonata OST. If so, what's the song called?

Andieluca
01-21-2010, 09:33 PM
@ McTricky: Yuppers, it's from Eternal Sonata OST: Your Truth is my False. Lovely piece. <3 <3

@ nikoshinigami: Poor niko! *hugs* feel better! :) haha...I felt like I went trigger happy with the sfxs in the fight scene. Now after listening to that 20,000 times, I keep laughing and asking myself, what in the world were you thinking Andie? Egh! Kohilo...was a nightmare. haha. But I'm glad you like it. ^^
Egh!?! But....but....*hugs* I like your battle cry! (who doesn't? I beat'a them up for you.) It's just that I heard your many taunt lines and was like OMG! MUST PUT IN SOMEWHERE! ....so I did? I'm sorry!

TriPredRavage
01-24-2010, 04:10 AM
Yuri: nikoshinigami - "That... is not... a battle cry..." - I didn't notice it when I was reading the script, but I really felt like this chapter was all about you. You get a lot of development in this chapter and I thought you pulled it off great! You're acting was top notch. I particularly liked your display of humor, such as with the "meat shield time!" line. Very well done.

Kylie: ~xXLittlexGurlXx~ - "I'm done with the screaming..." - I didn't notice it in the past, but you really put on a different voice in BASIC than I've heard you do in the past. And it sounds great! You got to do a bit more in this chapter than the prior and I thought you played your role very well. As far as your character goes, I'm really looking forward to your work in the next chapter... bumbumbum-InsiderInformation...

Jenn: Monotori - "Gurl please..." - Probably one of my favorite "bloopers" in the reel. I thought your performance was great. You played all of your emotions great! I hope we hear more of you in this in the future.

Sammy: brinny-chan - Kinda hard to critique you on one line, but it was believable! Well done!

Kai: BloodyHowling - "I sound really happy!" - You play your role so well. Your performance is really convincing and I truly believe that your character is someone who cares deeply about others and their feelings. Personally, I think I'd have trouble portraying this kind of character, so it's doubly impressive to hear it. Very well done!

Zachary: TriPredRavage - "Who wrote this?" - Ah, my first role cast on VAA. How good it was to return to it again. Zach's an interesting character for me to play because I probably relate to him more than any other character I've played (totally make firestorms all the time). I was a lot like him as a kid and I can have a really bad temper, so I see a lot of myself in the character. That said, I was pretty pleased with my performance. Chap 2 had some of my favorite lines, such as "You can keep him," and "Boy!?" I really like my inner monologues, too. It's a lot of fun to be able to play this character.

Mobile: sera phia - Oh, Sera, you know how I love you. I think your Mobile voice is adorable (not manly) fantastic and your performance is as wonderful as ever. Not to much of you in this chapter, which of course makes me sad, but your performance makes me interested in her. She's mysterious and fun; a unique combination (kudos to Andie on the writing and you on the performance) and that makes her so much fun to listen to. I can't wait for more!

Narrator: kimilynn - I think critiquing the narrator is hard. Everytime you come in I don't even realize you're narrating. It feels so natural that I feel like I don't really notice you. And I don't mean that to be/sound mean, I think that's really good! I don't think the narrator is meant to draw attention away, but still manages to convey what needs to be. And you do just that. So, great work! Keep it up!

Headmaster Rubira: Usako - "I wish I had some free money..." - I'm really going to miss you in this role and I look forward to your return. I think you really stick this performance. You've got that mature voice and the performance of somebody trying to teach somebody (me) a lesson. Even if you want to slap them (me) sometimes! I eagerly await your return to the series.

Alessandro: JonFawkes - Okay, this isn't even fair. You're in this for what, three minutes? How did you manage to become my favorite character in that little bit of time!? Seriously, I thought your performance was awesome and I can't wait for you to do more in future chapters.

Andieluca : Mixing - Seriously, Andie? This isn't even fair. Your mixing is excellent. I hear the quality thing that Sera mentioned, but your storytelling, pacing, volume levels, everything I think is top notch! I can't believe you are so new to this. You've gotta have some top secret CIA mixing in your past that you aren't allowed to tell us about or something. Keep it up! Chapter 3's gonna be a blast!

@TriPredRavage: lol, you were serious about “Critiquing the blooper reel.” And oh… yay? You did not call Sera manly. lol. she's the farthest thing from manly, I would think.
Hm…I think I’m slowly figuring out the quality thing. I hear it too, and I tried clearing it up with noise removal, but being Audacity, it completely distorts the audio…which made me extremely sad. Audacity, why can’t we be friends? (and stop crashing on me.) Anyways, I can’t wait to mix episode 3, it’s gonna be fun. :P

Anyways, yuppers, I love me cast! Such talented VAs…*envies* Thank you all!

Psshh. Maybe I'm really a man. >.>

And noise removal works decently so long as you're not overdoing it. Are you highlighting the entire thing and then getting the noise profile or are you highlighting a clip of the background fuzz then getting the noise profile? Because it took me forever to realize that that's what I was doing wrong when I first played around with Audacity's noise removal...

And I finally get to listen on in! So this is what all the fuss is about! Its a tad late and I'm a bit tired so I'll keep my critique short but sweet XD. Andie, your writing and mixing really take the cake here. I feel as though you've crafted a very engaging story with mounds of potential, and I really hope to get to experience more of it in the future. I think you also worked the mixing quite well and your choices of sound effects and music were all appropriate and of great quality. Occasionally I had some trouble making some voices out over the music, but that's always an easy thing to remedy :P

And solid performances all around actors! My only beef, as its been said by some others, is that there is definitely a lack of consistency in the mic quality. Some o' ya'll be in need of trying some other means of recording or looking into some better equipment. Its a darn shame when your awesome performance is tainted by pops and buzzing!

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed this and I can't wait til ya get the ball rolling once more Andie :) And I expect all you fine performers to keep up the good work!

After nine months...the third chapter of BASIC is finally released...or at least...half of it. The continuation of this chapter will be released soon enough. ^^

As to my cast, thank you for all your patience. I'm so sorry it took so long.

It's out! O.o *6 minutes in* Not a fan of what I did here so far (I sound so flat X_x), but everyone's done a great job so far. Mixing's great too.

EDIT: Finished, and it was fantastic.

Just finished Part A and it was BEAUTIMOUS!! I'll do a full critique when the whole thing is out, but I will say that all of the new cast are excellent and I loved all of their performances. Like I said, though, critique later.

In other news, does anybody else feel like Sera Phia is pulling a Tupac? I fee like I'm hearing a lot of projects with her in them post her retirement... o_O

Sorry, my arm hurts so I won't type so much.

Yuri: nikoshinigami I like this girl's spunk. Good stuff.

Alessandro: JonFawkes Smooth. Seems a little less smooth than the last episode to me, but still there.

Zachary: TriPredRavage Haha. So many awkward moments. Especially 'I don't dance'. While he talks to Mobile, though, you slipped for a minute back into the monotone voice that comes about when he's angry, but otherwise sounded great. Only thing is, when he's thinking/talking to himself there's not a lot of emotion most of the time.

Kylie: Nikkikora Cuuuuute. I can see her fleshing out well.

Luca: dragonknighttara Very mature, the 'adult figure' I guess. Calming. Love it.

Narrator: Actorman Whoah man. What an awesome narrator.

Marie: snowfender What a sweet lady. Good thing she had two chickens.

Griffin: Ryusuke What a cool-sounding guy.

Mobile: Sera Phia What a creepy little girl. Stop appearing out of nowhere! Gahhhh! (But still absolutely adorable-sounding.)

Extras: Refi-chan, StacyPark, eronlover, Jigen’s pink puppet, YamiRin, Andieluca: Somebody was hard to understand, but overall very entertaining. youshouldaddmetoo

Mixing I love this music. The sound effects were also a lot better this time around as well. However, during the fight there was an awkward music shift. Just sayin'.

Bloopers Entertaining as always. (but invite me to swim in your pool k?)

Only thing is, when he's thinking/talking to himself there's not a lot of emotion most of the time.

You think I don't give his inner thoughts enough emotion? I'm usually trying to slam them with emotion! Zachary's inner thoughts tend to strike me as a younger mindset than the way that he speaks, so I try to hit them hard with emotion because he isn't going to vocalize that way. You can actually hear this in episode 2 when Alessandro arrives and calls Zach a 'boy,' and Zach thinks "BoY?!" This is mostly because Zach doesn't express much emotion when speaking other than being grumpy and sounding like he's just putting up with everybody else. So the monotone grump is actually for the most part intentional, too. Of course, I did record this chapter over half a year ago now... :sweat Thanks for the critique, Monotori!!

I'll do my own critique soon, I promise! I just need to stop moving for a long enough period of time other than when I'm sleeping... :facefault

EDIT: CRITIQUE TIME

Yuri: nikoshinigami - I honestly love Yuri all the way around. Character, personality, voice, performance, all of it. I never feel like there is an awkward moment with you as this character and I'm always very pleased with the end result. Keep up the great work!

Alessandro: JonFawkes - I said back in episode 2 that you were my favorite character and that continues. I want you to do/say more, your character is just so entertaining.

Zachary: TriPredRavage - Ehh... There are some parts I really like my performance. Namely, the beginning scene, the chicken scene, and the scene at the end with Mobile, but there are a few good moments where my lines sound really awkward. Mostly these are the lines where Zach is kind of transitioning between being a grumpy jerk to being nice. I think the worst lines I gave was "I'll help you." :facefault Oh well. It's been over six months and I can confidently say that I've gotten better. ...I just hope I was better by the time I recorded episode 4... :sweat

Kylie: Nikkikora - Okay, you and I need to talk because I was amazed by your performance here. I knew you were gonna be great when you were cast, but I didn't expect you to sound so close to ~xXLittlexGurlXx~'s Kylie. You really sounded similar enough that it wasn't difficult to adjust to your voice instead of hers, but your performance was definitely all your own and I really felt like you were taking hold of the character yourself. I'm really glad to have you on board and I can't wait to hear where you take the character in the future (because I know what she does in the future chapters[/clairvoyance]).

Luca: dragonknighttara - Tara, I feel like you and I used to, like, bump into each other in productions every once and a while, and now it's like we're in everything together, lol. You too really took the role your own way rather than trying to imitate Mippa, but you don't really sound like her. However, that doesn't bother me because it's been, like, years or something since we heard her in the timeline of the production and you sound like an older, more mature Luca, so I really think you fit perfectly. Again, I can't wait to hear where you take the character in the future.

Narrator: Actorman - I actually only just recently learned that you had taken on the role of the narrator. I really liked your delivery. It was almost whimsical. Very well done, Actorman, and I can't wait for you to narrate the next segment of the journey.

Marie: snowfender - I liked your performance very much. You played a good foil to Luca's more relaxed attitude and really brought the performance home, I thought. I don't really know what else to say but "good job!"

Griffin: Ryusuke - Ryusuke, my friend, I really liked you here. I felt like you were a caring, funny character and I thought you fit that really well. Great job, dude.

Mobile: Sera Phia - This is the most Mobile we've had to date, isn't it? I thought you played the part initially a little bit more nasily than usual, but by the end you were right back to where Mobile was in the past episodes. Maybe it was just because there was so much more Mobile here than in the past that I really noticed the nasality of the character, but it didn't take away from anything. It was great to hear you in this part again because I'm pretty sure it was the first role I ever heard you play back when Andieluca released the preview for episode one. A blast from the past!

Extras - Sorry to group you all together, but I don't know who was who well enough to critique you individually. I thought some of the extras stood out a bit, but I found all of the performances enjoyable nonetheless.

Mixing - And Andieluca knocks it out of the park again! Andie, I'd cast you just to mix my projects. I really loved the mixing in the beginning, the chicken scene, and the scene between Zach and Luca (aka, all the scenes where my acting didn't suck), I really thought you mixing brought out the intensity and humor of those scenes and that's where it really shined. That's not to say, though, that you mixing wasn't as great elsewhere, but those, I felt, were some of the best scenes showing off your talent. Keep it up, and stay motivated! (Think of your kids!)

Where's my extra characters biographies/descriptions/back stories? JKJK. But thank you for complimenting my mixing, though...there's some parts I wish I could've done so much better given if I found the sfxs and if I had more patience and skills. XD And is casting a mixer even possible? LOL. But thank you.

LOL. I’ll keep that in mind. Glad to hear you want to be an extra. I always need a gabillion of them

I think I know where the awkward music shift is…haha. I was listening again and was like “what is this nonsense….” Yikes. Gotta be more careful there.

And what pool…is TPR misleading people? Haha. I’m kidding. Thank you for all your support. ^^

Hey Andieluca (http://voiceactingalliance.com/board/member.php?12753-Andieluca) I wasn't able to download any of the B.A.S.I.C episode because any of the download links are not valid on the 4shared.com? Can anyone help me in getting the chance to listen to this radio play?
