Halloween Cosplay

I was just wondering if other people were going to cosplay as their favorite video game or anime character this year for Halloween. If so who are you cosplaying as?

I'm gonna try to get my hands on a Link costume from the legend of zelda and cosplay as Link. If not I'll try something from Kingdom Hearts or Final Fantasy.

Oh cool! I'm gonna try cosplaying as Xion from Kingdom Hearts 358/2 days if the coat I ordered comes in on time. If not I don't know what I'll do. Maybe I'll dig out the Zelda costume I put together using store bought costume pieces a few years ago and cosplay as Zelda.

Now THAT, my good sir, is most certainly awesome. Any idea what the rest of the costume will look like?

Well, I was thinking all black, black jeans, black shirt, black leather jacket I've had for the last decade all should be good.

I'm also thinking of adding on to it. Taking a bit of tin foil, not a lot, just bits and pieces, and tear up a latex glove and add blood to it all. That way it'll look like more than just the left side of my face is endo, I'll have little bits on the forehead, flap of skin by the chin and such.

I was also planning on taking a to shirt I had that's all beaten up, and bloody it up or something...I've got several with holes on them cause they've just been snarred and ripped every which way from previous jobs long ago. So they could look like bullet holes and have some blood rings around them. Maybe add a small patch of tin foil to my chest to show endo there.

It'll be damn awesome when I'm all done.

For a Halloween party, PK Hikaru, Crimson Blood, and I went as mafioso. Suffice to say, we were the wallflowers of the party. All we did was sit on the couch and look cool.

For Mickey's Halloween Treat, I will be going as Akiha Tohno from Tsukihime. Um...yay for cosplaying from an eroge at a family friendly event? I still think it would be cool getting shots as Akiha on the Twilight Zone Tower or Terror.

For Halloween itself, I think I'll go as Mio from K-On. I have everything ready, including a hime-cut style wig.

Okay so my Xion costume didn't come yet and today is the day to dress up at my school for Halloween. I decided to become a Cat Ninja. I'll post pictures later (it's awesome).

Costume consists of a ninja costume teen size (girls size 12 - 16) from a local costume shop. The pants didn't fit well so I used some sweat pants from my clothing drawer. I put a mid length sleeve shirt under the dress part from the costume. In addition I put cat ears over the hood, used my dad's old red belt from his martial arts class and attached a tail to it, and painted whiskers on my face.

Im not really going to dress up for halloween.. well, I think I will and just put on as count drakula or something I can think in the last minute. I will just be giving out kids candy whille staring at them. :D
Also, I saw someone in school (a friend of mine) that was dress up as a bear. No kidding and he looked funny. I told him where he got it and he said he just found it in his basement. :)

The best part was that I scared the bejesus out of a group of kids. I mean I scared a lot of kids, but this group was just the best. It was a group of 6, 2 boys, 4 girls, their parents at the sidewalk watching carefully.
I opened up the door and they all just went "SCREEEEEEEAAAAACHHHHH!!!!" I started to slowly put candy in their bags as they mumbled trick or treat.
One girl came up to me and tugged my jacket "Is....is that real?"
I knelt down to her and glared "Do you want to touch it?" she shreaked and ran to her mom.
The little boy next to her his eyes were just wide open as he pulled his megatron mask away from his face. and walked backwards slowly.

They all walked away slowly....only 10 minutes later coming back to my door knocking to see me again.

I bought the cape, knife with knife holder,jump suite, faceplate, boots, and gloves.

I modified the helmet from a Darth Vader talking helmet, modified the shirt with foamies.

I made the cape pins, hood, belt and the belt buckle.

The ceptor is really the bar to hang curtains from.
I also added the tassal thing around my arm.

Haushinka: I love Dizzy! I could never play her in the games, but I loved the conflict of being a tool for evil or living a happy life. You did a great job with the costume. I'm just sad you forgot her tail. :(

Hikuro: Veyr nice! You put alot of thought into that. The stuff you put on your face really hit it out of the ball park. I'd like to try my hand at that kinda stuff in the future.

Kei: Oh my gosh! Ash Crimsom! The current strongest charcter of KOF storywise, and my current fav to play in KOF XII! Very nice work! You look just like him! Did you have the finger nail polish, braces, and frickles? If so great attention to details!

These costumes look so awesome! I didn't really have a cosplay this year (closest thing was reprising my Cat Ninja costume for some party that turned out to be lame anyway). I probably will cosplay next year for something. Now that I'm in college some stuff's changed and I'm gonna have to keep up on possible costume contests and stuff. It's not like High School where every halloween everybody comes to school in costume and trick or treats at lunch in the halls lol.

I shall post next year if I find the most awesomest costume EVERRRRRRRR for Halloween XD.
