OOOOUCH!
Today I went running cause it was getting nice outside..
still some snow on the ground, but hey, it was warm so I figured it'd be cool..
well while running I slipped and fell on black ice..and I don't know how I landing it my right leg huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuurts..
it feels bruised, hurts like a bish, and sometimes I have to limp..
but there are no scars, no marks, not even red...

am I just a wimp? or is something wrong?

Without looking at it, I won't be able to tell. Also, bruises sometimes take time to come up. >.>;; However... I don't think a mere bruise could cause such pain.

If you're worried, go to the E.R. None of us here are doctors (leastways, to my knowledge).

But, of what med knowledge I DO have, you should put an ice pack on it and keep it RESTED. This will reduce risk of swelling. Don't limp, whatever the heck you do. If you've hurt the muscles -- and I strongly suspect you will have done so, even if you don't feel it right now -- not putting weight on it may cause the joints to stiffen up.

Again, you should probably get it checked out, though.

ouch! I'm sorry you're having such a hard time! Less than a year ago i broke my ankle and it was agony! One sign you should look for before REALLY worrying is swelling. When i broke my ankle, it swelled up so much that it literally looked like i had an apple implanted into it. If it's too painful, don't put weight on it because if you did break a bone, that could make it 50 times worse. If the pain doesn't fade and its too painful to touch or walk on and it starts to swell, then call an ambulance/go to the hospital right away! Those would be classic signs of a broken bone ...to an amatuer-ish mind anyway xD I don't know much about medical stuff, but i'm going by experience. However, it is possible that you've just pulled a muscle badly or of course most likely bruised a bone. I've done that a few times too and usually no marks appear on your skin but it hurts like a REALLY bad bruise. If that is the case then you should try to put your weight on it but don't over-do it and rest it until it feels better. Bruised bones can normally take anywhere between 3 days to a week to fully heal depending on how bad it is. But if you are still concerned tomorrow and you know it isn't a broken bone, see a doctor.
