HA ha. Well it happens, they can't always get the same people to come back.
But yeah I still have ta get this (and beat the 2 before it but that's besides the point)

Just started playing the game awhile ago...
Woah, chaos' new voice sounds like Tai's dub voice from Digimon. XD

In my opinion, chaos was the best change.
Whether the actors changed or not (it is said that all but chaos are the same), Kos-Mos's, Shion's, and Momo's have all changed, for the worse.
KOS-MOS's doesn't even seem robotic anymore. All three of them seem like happy go-lucky teenagers now.
Tony and Hammer's have changed as well. Tony was one of the characters I took a liking to, until they changed his voice. He doesn't even sound like a pilot anymore.
Overall for me, the first half game was disappointing comparing to the first one. But, it picked up for me through disc 2.
Currently I'm at the 2nd to last boss of the game (which I can't seem to beat), and I am so ready to get it over with so I can see the ending. According to people who've beaten the game, it makes up for the disappointments (or at least to those who felt they were disappointments).
Regardless though, I'm looking forward to the third installment.

Cripes, you friggin owned that game, didn't you? I've had the first Xenosaga since it came out and I -STILL- havn't beaten it...
Had to sell my PS2 for beer money, i mean rent.

LoL, well Xenosaga is my new favorite story (besides my newfound addiction to Inuyasha which is unfortunately at 1:30 AM).
I spent three days trying to beat that guy, and finally beat him today.
I have to say, the last few scenes and especially the ending (players, when you beat the game, wait until after the credits...there is a scene that will numb your spine) really made up for all of the things I thought it had lacked.
I'm as hyped as ever for Episode III.
EDIT: Being the idiot I am, I made a clear save on the file that I had beat that 2nd to last boss with, and so I had to go and spend the time to beat him again. Luckily I got it on the last try since I was about to fall asleep at the time. Resaved it, and actually recorded all of the cutscenes including the ending just in case I screw up again. That way I can just watch the amazement on the computer.

Disc 1 made me feel sad. That's all I'm going to say, to avoid spoilers.
There's an option to view all the cutscenes again?

As far as I know, there isn't.
I hooked my PS2 up to my computer and recorded them as they went through.

Not as smart as I should have been. I've only got the ending and a little before that recorded.
Then again I guess I can't really be blamed for wanting to play the game on a screen bigger than the palm of my hand (my recording program is really annoying like that. And a 32" TV is way more appealing.)
