Sorry for the delays, after 3 different Rallys, 2 Different Radanov's, 2 Different Washington's and some recastings in the Extras, it took a bit longer than expected

After foiling the gun-running operation, Chicago's Finest, Rally and May are presented with an award for honor and courage, but things are not as they seem with Double Crossings, Betrayels and a Final Duel to the Death between Rally and Radanov

Hey, you got the next one out! One more episode to go I think.

Major cast change, but it doesn't really weaken the quality of the VAing. In fact I think the changes are to the benefit of this production than a detriment. This is especially true with Mippa's Rally Vincent. Mippa provides a more natural voice and delivery that Haushinka didn't have (not to heavily criticize Haushinka, but it was clear she was forcing her voice to go low so much that she fell flat at periods).

Lightofhope, don't worry about the mic issue so much. You still sound great, if a little too forced once in a while. =) And hey, you get the boost the quality significantly for the third (and final) episode, can't you?

I also love Sapphire's Russian accent. XD She sounds amazing as Natasha.

As for the other replacements, they generally get the job done competently, especially the various extra males who really bring the hard-boiled flavor to this OVA, which was quite necessary.

Excellent use of SFX overall too, it is well-mixed (other than a couple of cheap-sounding, um, sounds, but that probably couldn't be helped, along with some missing SFX that made this feel a little emptier than it should), and Getbackers OST fuses well with the official OST, adding some extra dramatics.

Other than a few obvious lip-flap screwups there isn't anything else I can add, I think.

omg. my voice. wow. i cannot stop laughing at it. soooo obnoxious. XD

It liiiiiiiiiiiiives! :D How long has this been going on? One to two years now? I think Mindy, Aaron, and I deserve super bonus points for being the only cast members to be in all three episodes. :3

I'm going to save my big review once all the parts are up, but I do want to say that I have loved each Rally voice. Haushinka, mippa, and HommicidalPenguin each did a great job with her and I love how they all gave her a different tone. Also, Aaron Becker's Bill is probably my favorite voice in this. Just putting it out there.

The overall volume for this was really quiet. I had to turn my speakers up more than usual to hear this. Also, there was a really noticeable mic pop in one of Tomoyo's lines. But other than that, the voice levels were pretty consist as were the SFXs.

I can't wait for the next part.

Yeh sorry, my volume's usually turned down when I mix, so that's probably why, but I'll certainly take a second look at some lines, see if I can fix and pops ^^

Yeah, I noticed that pop too (made me wince a little), and I *swear* there wasn't anything like that in the lines I sent... o_o If I gotta I can resend it to Menchi if somehow in transit it got it or summat.

meh, don't worry, I usually turn volumes up on files due to me mixing at low volumes, so I'll fix it in a mo :D

Good show, good show! I like the actors & nice to see some old names mixed in the cast list, too. :3

It does lack a good bit of sound effects and almost feels a little too quiet at times (in terms of sound effects). This is action, action, action! If you ever need some good high quality sound effects, I can certainly share some with you. ^^ I know they can be hard to find!
