Umm, hi! Umm, ok, this is Edward from Full Metal Alchemist (whom I have this crazy thing for... but that's another story...) I've only been drawing for about a year, so this thing was AMAZING for me. Before I've only done copies, so now it's like "OMG, I CAN MAKE STUFF UP!! YYEESS!!" I know I'll think this sucks in, like, 6 months, but I love it now!

I'm trying to color it with my stylus... but I'm DIFFENTLY not the best at coloring atm, o_0....

Umm, there's water drops on him 'cus it's raining (crying in the rian... sooo cliche) but I didnt' draw the rain (I knew I'd dot hat on the comp and it'd end up looking messy if I drew it on the sketch.)

He's crying 'cus... well, 'cus I love him because he cries truly..... it's a long story, but I'm surrounded by alotta ignorant sex-obessed men, (ha! And I'm 13! How pathetic...) so, it's nice... to see a guy that cries... and oh, it's a long story. But, umm... why he's sad in the pic? I'm going with Al died or... something..

And, umm, ya! Whacha think? Heh.

You really need to work on your faces/head shapes. His head is completely round like a ball, and his nose is far too big... He doesn't look that sad actually... because it looks like a parody sketch. His mouth looks strange and he doesn't have a chin *wince*

They way you drew his body is OK, but unless you work on getting more proportional faces your drawings will not amount to much.

*nods and writes that all down* Again, I'm sorta new at this, ^__^. I'm actually really honored you responded to this (you're like, the other big-Ed-fan on the board, probably ALOT bigger than me. Oohh... we could start a club, shutting up.)

I'll try to remeber all of that. I'm hoping in 2 years I'll be a really good drawer. Some more critque'd be nice, people! Heh. As for his face... I had ssoooo much trouble on that.... I couldn't find a refence pic of anyone like that, but found one of Freya from Chobits, so I improvized a bit... but, again, thanks alot! ^__^.

Crimson pretty much hit the spot there - yeah some of the porportions can be improved ^_^ i suggest however to check out how to draw/scale skeleton for bodies and check out on some online tutorials about that mouth there ^_^ a really good site for these basics are at polycarbon.com (i think :\... havn't been there for a while)
