i have heard of someone who is really good,and I definitely know how you feel,especially if you live in an area that has little to absolutely no training in the voice acting field.My recommendation is harushinka,she's actually done professional anime work and won AXIdol in 2007 she charges though but not much like ten to twenty bucks and she is hard to get ahold of but still worth the while.I have not actually trained with her myself that if just what i've heard.
