But red vs blue is a Dub over game scenes, so it's not what you said.

It's exactly what he said. Those game scenes are pre-planned, using "actors" to control each of the characters, and have one person being the cameraman by viewing and recording the actors doing what they do. It's common to dub over lines instead of using the in-game voice feature because of the higher quality both sound and acting wise. Not too long ago there was a Max Payne machinima posted here which was an excellent example of this. http://www.voiceacting.co.uk/board/viewtopic.php?t=3903 .

I wanna try out! I'm not 20 or older but I can have a really mature voice. My voice isn't as high as most of the girls can go. (T_T kinda sad, but i feel sorta special. ;3)
