Thanks Lee. Just to add, I am stepping down only due to a future change in personal circumstances.

This is a thoroughly enjoyable job which needs a commitment of just 2 or 3 hours a month - and if you enjoy being the first to get the gossip on interviews and like reading about different aspects of software, then you'll find it a lot of fun to do.
