It wasn't so bad. If you had said "Petite" I would have asked for a redo. LoL ^_^
You did a great job!
:o Hey hey that was nice! Great voice acting everyone and the music fitted very well. I could tell what they were doing with the sound effects too. If you want any tips on making the sound effects more dynamic let me know. I can add a extra punch to the punches and more movement in the sound of walking, running or anything else. If you have any question on what Im talking about AIM me, k?
Oracle: Laura Post - Good job! Keep up the good work.
Black Masker: kt-rocks - Good Job kt that Rocked!
Cassandra - Minerva Inciong - I dont think I've heard you before. Nice work.
Huntress - Amby - Good Job Amby, way too go!

This post WILL CONTAIN SPOILERS.
Listen to the episode before you read.
That said...
Oracle: Laura Post: Incidious, as usual. :D
Black Masker: kt-rocks: That scared the crap out of me! (of course, the volume was all the way up at the time LOL) Not bad. :)
Cassandra: Minerva Inciong: Proof enough that you don't have to say a thing to be a voice actress! :D ( nice job. you were convincing :) )
Huntress: Amby: Pretty good. Some of the inflection (bgm-confusion of that particular song not-withstanding) in your voice had me a little puzzled, but the lines for, "You're mute; You're welcome," seemed right on. Props. :)
Gordon: Ridgewolf: GOOD GHANDI! Won't he shut UP?! LOL
Montoya: Liana: Very nice! Lots of intonation and seemingly good chemistry between your character and Gordon. :)
Demonz Member/Thug: Kiriyama: Definately a voice I'm going to remember. Right on. :-)
Pettit: Dylan: My man, I've got to be honest. While I think you are clearer with your new mic setup, it was a little weird to hear the difference. I'm kind of missing what I've come to think of as Pettit's overbearingness. Maybe he sounds more sane in this episode...which I'm not sure whether that's good or bad yet. Of course, please keep in mind that I have just said all that in light of the fact that you always do well with your stuff, brother. 8)
Essen: Cassandra: Not bad. :) There were certain places of inflection that seemed to fit well. Kudos.
Mixer: Laura Post:
I think I like the improvement of only one set of steps, or no syncopated steps. Odd, perhaps, but it wasn't so distracting. Absolutely thank you for mixing this. It's going well, I think. :)
Okay...more rant...
As something of a gun enthusiast/practitioner, I was a little dissappointed that there weren't more than one kind of fire-arm used (considering all the chambering of rounds (theoretically. none of the slides were operating rounds from what I heard) and shots fired). Rifles and revolvers would play a big role in a street gun war considering their cost and ease of finding ammunition, and mass production. If "No Man's Land" ever became real somewhere, I tell you that 45 cals would become MONEY.
That, and lots of our police/military/paramilitary would be on MREs.
Anyway, one more thing.
I DO NOT SUPPORT MARITAL INFIDELITY! Period.
Still, I anxiously await the next episode. :) Good job, everyone. Keep safe. 8)

I'm sure no one thinks you do. Remember, these are characters, not yourselves.
I always want to slap people in my acting classes. Because I'm in the bible belt, and they always say "I can't play this character. I don't believe in this or that, I don't curse, etc."

LoL Well go figure I never would have guessed. Well, I used the book for the type of sound Pettit's gun, so I found 9mm Pistol sound for that. Then when it was time for the gang war, that sound was probably the clearest sound effect of gun shots that I had. I had some AK47s and some M16s, I could have looked for more but since this was just background sound, I figured it wouldn't be the end of the world.
As for the chambers - I could only find ONE SOUND EFFECT on the internet of the loading/locking the chamber of a gun. This also includes my 2000 Sound Effect CD.
IF ANYONE HAS THE SOUND OF A LOADING GUN THAT IS BETTER, I WILL GLADLY ACCEPT - plugplugplug Email at Batgirl673@aol.com
But yes, there will be different guns throughout the series, based on what the book says, since I am not a gun enthusiast. ^^"
When I had to do the lock and load thing, I almost wished I had a gun for a change, so I could make my own sfx like I do for most of these things. LoL

Huntress-- Another great performance from Amby! :rofl

Essen--Nice work! :cruea
Mixing was.........okay. The BGM was well-chosen but I think you already know about the..........SFX.

Thanks for the compliments guys, episode 2 and 3 marked my debut at voice acting, and its great that it was part of this amazing audio drama :)
Batty Girl, I study audio engineering, and as such have a HUGE library of sound effects, if you ever want a hand in mixing your future episodes give me a hollar. ;)
Wasn't it you who was gonna write the really awesome tutorial about proper noise reduction? Cuz I wanna read that when it's done. Hopefully with screenshots. :)

LoL That's a good question... *thinks* Well, I did the Map. I did the bullets, I did the dragging body, and I did the kiss. LoL
I actually think I did more in episode two, when I had to do all of that pulling groceries off the shelves sort of thing and the backpack and all.
I like doing Foley work. ^_^
