I've been working out, to lose weight (yep I am fat. -_-;;). I step on the scale and it says I am the same weight. That is BULLCRAP. I am dieting, I am excersising, my clothes are fitting better, there HAS to be a mistake.

Could be building muscle? Often happens when one works out, or so I'm told... ;)

Muscle is heavier than fat, scales aren't always accurate and you won't get any results AT ALL for two weeks.

Try measuring your waist size with a measuring tape rather than measuring your weight with scales. If you are working out, you must be building muscle which is heavier than fat, can make it look like you're not losing weight or even gaining weight. So, go with the measurements, not the scales!
