Scaredness! o.O

Can someone explain this to me?

I have random bursts of happiness where joy and energy surges through my body and I shout at the top of my lungs. Then I am laughing so hard I have trouble breathing. For no reason.

When I'm alone, I shake and shake and shake. It's like I'm cold, but not really. I don't understand. I'm shaking now, XD. It kinda tickles!

Sometimes when I'm typing or writing, my hand jerks at my wrist. Uncontrollably. To the point that I have to grab it to make it stop.

I don't understand this. I've tried making a joke out of screaming in the hallways during passing periods. *points to custom title. Spasms of Joy! XD* But it's still really scary.

I dunno what's been going on lately. When I PMS, I just have really angry spells. This is different. The jerking thing has been going on for about a year now, whilst everything else just started about a month ago, maybe shorter....

I'm scared. Help me. ;-;

You're a teen right? It could just be your body adjusting. Talk to an adult and/or ask to see a female nurse/doctor, they should be able to tell you if it's that and help you manage it or explain whats happening.

Its most likely hormonal, your body changing and adjusting. I wouldn't worry too much about it, but just in case, just see a doctor.

I'm not a doctor so you should definately take Azure/Yami no kitsune's advice but it really just sounds like your hormones acting all werid. Something similar to my sister and she was just told that and it stopped in 6 months after she went to see a doctor. The doctor also suggested stress played a part in it.

Tourrette's syndrome. Whee! I think in those cases, the jerking and screaming is pretty extreme. But it could be that.

Actually, there are all sorts of degrees of Tourette's. I have a friend who has Tourette's, but there's not lots of jerking and screaming, just an inability to restrain internal monologue.
