CHOSE YOUR OWN ROLE Mafia!
How this works...
We have preassigned roles (as in doctor, investigator, townie, etc) to the following numbers. All you have to do is tell is what number you want and then YOU get to choose what character you want. It can be anything from Pikachu to your left toenail. But, remember, WE'LL be the ones deciding your abilities! If you don't send us a character, we will pick one for you (>D...)


RULES:
- No discussion during the night.
- If you excessively spam three times, you will be modkilled.
- Roleplay is okay, but don't wander off of the game to go roleplay crazy.
- No discussion of the game outside of the thread (unless told otherwise)
- Inactivity for two days is a modkill.
- Do not directly quote our PMs back to you.
- Time will be kept track of in CST. (But I will also include how many hours within the duration of the night/day, so you can just that and the time stamps on your posts to keep track of time).
- When signing up it means you will actually PLAY! I know some people lurk as a strategy, but you can't "strategize" through the whole game.
- Ties = double lynch. No votes = random lynched.
- Once you're dead, don't contribute to the game.
- If you ask any questions that can be found out on your own ("Am I dead?" or "Is it Night") I will give you a warning. Really. It doesn't take that much effort to check the player list or go back a few pages to find out what's going on.
- Mafia wins when they take up half the population. Town wins when all the mafia is gone.

Er.. I think that sorta defeats the purpose of choosing your own role. I think the abilities should based on what character, or thing.. or whatever.. that the person chooses, not based on the number that they pick. Choosing a number was never one of the initial rules to this game - it's something that people just started randomly doing, for some reason. If I choose Elmyra from Tiny Toons, I really don't expect to be the town doctor, simply because I chose number 4 or something. Or left my place in the game up to you. :P If it's done this way, it's just regular mafia.. with different characters in it.
