I'm sure most people here remember this time consuming, exciting, and kick ass book as a child.
I was eating cereal this morning when I noticed an old I Spy book laying on the kitchen counter so I picked it up... and started searching. I have to say, I still can't find some of the stuff on some of the pages in this book (the effing stamp on a wall of pictures, for example...).
Walter Wick (Photographs) and Jean Marzollo (Riddler) are pretty much the best people in the world for creating this book together. I really think their series was one of the best "hide-and-seek" shiz every made (besides Where's Waldo? I have to say that book was also quite genius as I still can't find Waldo at the carnival).
So how many of you remember this book? Which book from the collection was your favorite and why? If you had the chance right now would you go pick up a new copy of one of the books (I sure would).
I think one of my favorites was the mansion book (I think it was a mansion, i only remember these huge ass creepy dolls in a room--it probably was a haunted house or something). But whatever the name of the book was called, I loved it. I'll probably end up looking for it over the summer (assuming they're stil around). >>
